For years I’ve only used this having cream because it’s the best of the best. I used it yesterday and found out both the texture and ingredients have changed but the name of the product remains the same. the number one ingredient I loved was the menthol. This is no longer there. The texture used to be a thick cream, now it’s a thin lotion. Why has the product line changed? when? Where can I find what the former product used to be?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I originally bought this for my husband, and he can't use anything mint/menthol so i ended up trying it. I use it all the time to shave my legs now. My legs always feel silky smooth after, and i never have irritation from the razor. Its a little on the pricey side but once you use it you'll agree its better then all women products. It makes your skin feel so refreshed and silky smooth. No rash bumps or burning or gross feeling on your legs when using this product. Try it out!!!.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Smooth shave I recently tried the American Crew Moisturizing Shave Cream, and overall, I had a really good experience with it. The texture is super smooth and creamy, it felt like a lotion more than a typical shaving cream, which I actually appreciated. It didn’t foam up, which was different from what I’m used to, but it still gave me a close shave. The cream stayed put and didn’t dry out fast, so I wasn’t rushing. My skin felt soft and hydrated after shaving, not dry or irritated like it sometimes does with other products. The scent is really subtle and clean, nothing too strong or artificial. I gave it 4 stars because I wish it had just a little more glide when shaving around tighter areas. But for the moisture and the post-shave softness, I’d say it’s definitely a solid product I’d use again. The packaging looks sleek and masculine, very on-brand for American Crew. The price isn’t super cheap, but for what you get, I think it’s fair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brilliant non-lathering shave cream I use this with Proraso pre shave and wow! While it does not later, it is very moisturizing and slick and does not leave a residue while shaving. I very very VERY rarely get irritation with this and have a perfect shave 9/10 times.
