Use with Bowl Method
Curly girl here - use this stuff alongside the bowl method for getting curls and HUGE results!! Love the way this stuff feels. I often leave it in after a shower, rinse by dipping in a bowl in the sink and apply products while the hair is still dripping wet. Plop it on a microfiber towel and then tons of curls!

Not worth it
Not worth the price in my opinion. Feels like it leaves a layer of residue on my hair after, and I use a small amount and rinse for a while with a hand held sprayer on high. Don't see a difference, been using 1x week for 3 weeks now.

wish it was a little more moisturizing

My hair is thick, light, and frizzy! It is not super curly but it also is not pin straight! If. I do not use living proof I wake up looking like a troll doll! So thank you LIVING PROOF

Tried this to smooth my hair. I did not see an improvement. The scent was not the same LP scent I'm accustomed to. It had an off putting petroleum smell.
