Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gorgeous. New Holy Grail. Bette had become my go-to, easy glam eye look, and in the last year I've gone through half of the pot. I have all of the other Eyes to Mesmerise, and I love and wear all of theme, but Bette was by far my favorite, bumping out my Tom Ford Golden Peach eye cream. Since I got this 2 weeks ago, I'm wearing it most days. It works well on it's own, and is a good "undie" for many eye shadows I am wearing right now. It pairs quite well with my Naked Heat, and UD Born to Run palettes, as well as several other gorgeous singles I have, and my hourglass eye glitters (patted in the center). It complements my hazel eyes nicely, and is smoothing and soothing. I really love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unbelievably gorgeous colour! My order came today! <3 The colour is just astonishing - true bronzy gold with copper undertones. Those familiar with the shade Bette - this one has less of a yellow undertone, and more of a copper one. I have bright blue eyes with bronzy gold around my pupils, so this colour is just PERFECT to make my eyes pop! <3 I have been looking for this exact colour for so long, and no brand quite matched my expectations... But Charlotte did! Thank you, Charlotte, so so much!!! <3 Regarding wearing time - I have extremely dry lids so wore it with no primer and bronzy eyeliner today - it creased slightly after about 5 hours. However, on the plus side, the formula is extremely soft and easy to work with, way easier than any other brand I have tried so far (Maybelline, Tom Ford, Dior). Overall, the formula has disadvantages regarding wear time, but the colour is just an absolute PERFECTION for me, so will be repurchasing for sure. :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing even for old timers I am over 70 and find that the majority of eye shadows are geared toward the under 40 set, for eyes that are not yet crinkly. We, old timers, use those shadows and it emphasizes each crinkle--but CT does not and it looks amazing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful color! I’ve been a fan of ‘eyes to mesmerize’ and Star Gold does not disappoint. It is a beautiful bronze/copper shade! I prefer that it is not too yellow gold. I layer using a flat concealer brush in very thin layers and it doesn’t crease at all. I do find that the full color only lasts a few hours

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gorgeous color Star gold is the most beautiful copper color...it will suit any eye color. I have gotten so many compliments each time I've worn this. Can't wait to wear it even more in the summer months. The formula is so smooth and soft, and incredibly easy to use.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Would not recommend for oily skin/lids I really wanted to love this - love the colour and suits my medium tone skin a lot. But the consistency is not suitable for my skin. First, I found it a bit hard to apply as it will transfer everywhere around my eyes and on the inner corners. Secondly, I tried this with and without an eye primer, and also with powder eye shadow on top - it still will not stay on. I have oily skin and I guess it just mixes it and fades away, making my eyelids even oilier! I usually use CT's powder eyeshadows and they stay all day on my oily lids. Just very disappointed as I have wasted my money on a product that isn't at all suitable for my skin type (and there are no indications anywhere that it isn't).

Rated 1 out of 5 by from If only it was long lasting..... The colour of this eyeshadow is lovely, great to make blue eyes pop. Unfortunately, my blue eyes popped for about 30 mins before the eyeshadow disappeared........either gathering in the creases of my eyelids or just, disappearing. I have no idea where it went. Not long lasting in my view and I had to reapply about 4 times on the day I wore it!
