Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beware - doesn't retract I bought this product a couple of weeks ago and was excited to give it a try as I've aways been a huge fan of Charlotte Tilbury products. I would state straight away that I like the actual product, it feels nice and moisturising on the lips. However once you turn it to raise the balm from the tube it is not then possible to retract it into the tube. This means that if you wind it out of the tube only slightly more than a few millimetres (which lets face it you need to with a lip product), you cannot then place the lid back on. Looking at the images of the product online you'd assume it was possible to retract it given the amount of product visible above the end of the tube but it isn't. So how then can you use it when you're out and about (if we ever are again!) if you can't put the lid back on? I would not have purchased this if I'd been aware of this. Even the cheapest of balms can be retracted back into the tube but this is a premium priced product, I expected much better.

An all round lovely product. I would highly recommend this to any make up lover or someone who just likes a bit of colour on their lips.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Shame about the shape and packaging I love the soft creamy richness of the lipstick. Gorgeous colours and very rich feeling but so disappointed with the flat top. I like lipsticks to be pointed when applying instead of carrying a lip brush around with me. Change this and will definitely be 5 stars.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Colour good When I received it the lipstick would not twist up to use. I know it is better to use lip brush which I do but it would be nice to have the choice. When I e-mailed problem it was sorted out straight away and after sending a photo I received a new one but unfortunately the new one has the same problem.
