Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stopping here, for now. I have been on a constant search for the perfect lip pencil. I’ve tried them all...Chanel, Laura Mercier, on and on...and these came up in an ad one day and I said, “Why not?” Here’s what I love...they actually act like those things you use to keep your lipstick from bleeding. I like red lips. The more red the better. I hope she makes an even redder red one day. But for now, I use the pillow talk to line outside and the red goes on next. It works great. And it doesn’t bleed, even when I put a little gloss on. Usually gloss brings the bleed. I’m not sure why and I don’t care...I love that about these lip pencils, and I am stopping here. Thank you Ms. Tilbury!! I’m adding a photo. It’s 1:30pm and I have been wearing this one application since 10:30am and even drank coffee and ate a power bar. Ha.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sexy, Sassy, Superb ! This was the first lip liner that i purchased from Charlotte. I love it. I have aging skin due to being 50 and have fine lines around my lips. This Lip Cheat Liner is amazing. The colour is rich, sexy, sassy and superb. The texture is smooth and it glides on really well. There is absolutely no bleeding of the colour into my fine lines even when worn with lipstick and lip gloss. It holds in place all day and night. This is the first of many of the lipliners that i have now purchased and i love them all. Kiss'n'Tell is a vibrant colour, perfect for the glam lip look ! Love it ! Thank you xx

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not a lip liner girl.... converted I have never used lip liner before I’m a fan of a bold red and had noticed that as I’ve got older it’s started to bleed a little. My skin is dry but this product does not make my lips shrivel or dry. I’m converted. Perfect red, Love Bite, with Kiss ‘n’ tell makes for a perfect pout. I have full lips but these two products combined gives me my ideal look. I’m hooked and will be back for more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Kiss and Tell Lip Liner Wears really well. It won't wind up on your chin in hot weather, it stays put. I like it very much and it is perfect with ''the Queen'' the colour I chose. Together they make a rosy red that is festive and yet classy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Color and Quality I love all of these lip liners! Doesn't leave a harsh line, easy to blend, and great color. This shade is a great red and can be paired with many shades of red lipstick. Lip color won't go anywhere!
