Rated 5 out of 5 by from I buy lots of these! I do use a lot of these eye liners - black, the minky one and this violet. The violet I use on the water line to emphasise my green eyes. I use the minky one (forgot name!) for the flick - and Bedroom Black for the lash line. And keep these things sharpened! But they seriously last all day. I wait 20 seconds before any blending with a cotton bud. Just to soften any hard lines if needed. I'm 53 and I've never ever found better pencil eye liners. Wet ones, maybe but they're annoying and dry out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smoothest and longest wearing eyeliner Just wanted to post a rave review on the Rock 'N' Kohl eyeliner from Charlotte Tilbury. It is the SMOOTHEST and longest wearing eyeliner I have ever used. For the first time EVER, my eyeliner looks good! You can smudge it and smoke it out, but it stays put! I was so skeptical buying it and a little guilty because it's very spendy, especially when you buy two , but I've honestly got zero regrets and will 100% purchase again. I bought it in Bedroom Black and Elizabeth Violet, which is a velvety dark mushroomy brown colour and I love them both.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stay Put This pencil does what I want it to do. Goes on with saturated color, and stays put 12 hours with minimal fuss when set with a matching powder. Being older, I have color that moves into lines on the lower lash. This pencil, when set with powder shadow, drifts minimally into the lines. The drift is so slight, that just touching up with my finger every so often is enough to keep the effect in good shape.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing My main issue with this is the colour. It isn't violet at all; it's brown. The colour does nothing to enhance my green eyes. Although it goes on smoothly and sets quickly, it does need touching up later in the day as it fades. Very disappointing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stays on, transformative look. Smooth application, very pigmented, the colour is beautiful, very softly textured, yet it lasted all day. I'm one of these people who touches her eyes a lot and usually my eye make up is all over my face in a matter of minutes, but this wasn't the case with this eye liner. I've got hazel eyes and it complimented them really well. I was into make up a lot in the 90's 2000's and I'm getting back into it, despite being rusty I thought the application was very easy and you definitely didn't need to be a pro to use this beauty.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed When applying to my lower waterline, this liner has really poor pigment. I have to apply at least 3 layers (allowing to dry in between each application) to get any hint of colour. I already have the brown & mink liners, which are much better than this one. Generally, they last approx 2-3 hours before wearing off on lower waterline. Also, hard to re-sharpen to a nice sharp point.
