Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good eyeliner I got this eyeliner from the Black Friday mystery box. It goes on very easily without any pressure of force on the eyes, it’s truely black. Even on the bottom waterline. And it does not budge at all after it sets. As other reviews it does get mushy very quickly but if you use it with a flat eyeliner brush I think you can get away without sharpening all the time. I highly recommend it to the people who doesn’t mind spending a fair bit of money on a makeup product, but I’ll probably pass on it unless it comes with some sort of a special deal. No doubt the quality is excellent, but ridiculously expensive for an eyeliner.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing I adore Charlottes makeup - foundation, eye palettes are hands down the best, long lasting & colours suited to my skin that I have ever found .... but I was really disappointed in this eye liner. It needs to be really sharp to use & you have to constantly resharpen when using. Maybe I'm not applying it correctly but it doesn't last all day & if applied to the waterline it bleeds & smudges. Great for smudging but not if you want a clear line that stays put. Some high st brands that have better staying power & give a clearer line for a fraction of the cost

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smoothest and longest wearing eyeliner Just wanted to post a rave review on the Rock 'N' Kohl eyeliner from Charlotte Tilbury. It is the SMOOTHEST and longest wearing eyeliner I have ever used. For the first time EVER, my eyeliner looks good! You can smudge it and smoke it out, but it stays put! I was so skeptical buying it and a little guilty because it's very spendy, especially when you buy two, but I've honestly got zero regrets and will 100% purchase again. I bought it in Bedroom Black and Elizabeth Violet, which is a velvety dark mushroomy brown colour and I love them both.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Eyeliner This is quickly becoming a HG eyeliner for me. It's inky and soft, and you can smudge it out to soften it if you'd like (but do it fast). Then it sets after about 30 seconds and lasts all day long. I have this in the brown shade as well, but this black one is my go-to. I do wish it was a retractable liner (purely for the fact that I hate sharpening products, I feel like so much product gets wasted) but I understand why they can't with a kohl.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Design problem. Sadly This really feels like a liquid liner in a stick and I loved it. It does need to be sharpened frequently but I could deal with that since I liked the way it went on. I bought 2 of these and for both when they were about 2/3 used the crayon middle part became loose from the wooden pencil and would fall out. And it would move around when i was using it. They are expensive but would be worth it if you could use the whole stick. Not worth the money For 2/3 of the product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My favorite eyeliner, hands down! Ever since I first tried this baby, it has been a must have in my collection. It just glides on so effortlessly, smudges beautifully, and stays on. It also doesn't bother my sometimes sensitive eyes. I am picky about my eyeliners since if I am wearing makeup, I am almost always going to wear eyeliner. I have tried lots and this is my favorite! I definitely recommend!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Brilliant, but... This eyeliner is easy to apply & gives a great, strong colour- richer than most pencils, but easier than a liquid. My only negative is that it tends to smudge on me-so I’ll apply to my top lash line & end up with it on the bottom lash line by the end of the day. If you like a slightly smudged rock-chick look, you genuinely will not find better. If you’re hoping for something neater, it’s lovely, but be careful with it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best eyeliner ever for tight lining! I LOVE this eyeliner,goes on so smoothly,and is smudgable before it dries,so do one eye at a time! I was looking for a good black to tight line my upper lashline,as every one I had tried all did the same,last a little while, but by end of day,had smudged into my lower lashline, giving me the "Panda" effect (soo not attractive!) Then I found this and when I say it didn't budge,it did not budge all day,applied at 11am,still there gone midnight. I needed waterproof eye makeup remover to take it off as it did not wanna budge.ar all. Bravo Chatlotte for another magical product
