Rated 4 out of 5 by from Seems to work well [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first received this Alien tape and read the instructions I was a bit disappointed because the instructions state that this tape should not be used on painted walls. The primary reason I wanted this product was to hang picture frames on my walls. I did however use the tape to hang a small shelf on the tile backsplash above my kitchen sink about a week ago. The tape is very sticky, but fairly easy to cut and work with. I followed the enclosed instructions precisely. I use the shelf to hold dish and hand soaps, so there's not a lot of weight on the shelf and so far it is still holding well.

It is super strong and durable tape which can take a lot of weight. It is really great for mounting and is transparent. It can be used on surfaces like metal, plastic, aluminum, or glass. It has a very strong adhesive capacity. It can be used both indoors and outdoor for so many house hold purposes. The most amazing quality is that these tapes are reusable and still they are as strong as they were first time, even after multiple uses. Overall, I am very impressed with the Durability and quality and it is a great utility to have at home for so many projects.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Tape [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great tape let me just start by saying we are heavy users of tape in my house we use it daily my son is taking pre engineering classes in middle school and he is always designing and building something so we keep tape stocked in the house just for him. We decided to give this tape a try and he absolutely noticed it wasn’t his usual but in a good way he loves it it’s gets the job done and he doesn’t need to use as much I’m definitely switching it will save money and it’s just a great tape all around I know it’s tape but you can use it on anything these no job too small or too big for this tape that’s for sure!

I like that the package contains 3 rolls of tape, plenty for my projects. On my first project I used the Alien Tape to hold painted canvas panels on straight to my kids' bedroom wall. They were constantly bumping into them and making them crooked. The Alien Tape works great on them and now they don't budge. I had previously used a different brand tape that did not hold very well. I am so pleased that Alien Tape holds so well. It's about an inch wide and decently thick, but not too thick.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this tape! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before getting this Alien Tape, I tried another brand that did not work. I was so happy to come across this one. I used it to hang some canvas photos in my bathroom. It is holding up well. I cleaned the wall and picture, applied the tape, attached it to the wall, and held it for a few seconds to ensure a strong connection. Because I had a series of 3 canvases that went together to create a scene, I was afraid to try nails for fear that I would be able to level them. This Alien tape solved that problem quickly and easily. I’m going to keep using this throughout my home. It has even worked on my textured walls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this almost exclusively for holding area rugs down throughout the house and it is the best product so far. It sticks until you decide to remove and when you do, cleans up very easy with some mineral spirits. It also doesn't take much to do the job, a small amount in each corner works for a long period. I have used it a couple times for holding picture flat against the wall and it's perfect for that. It even held up some Christmas lights on the overhang of my porch that stays dry. Once removed and cleaned it still has a bit of hold, just not as tough as initially, but still good for projects. I'm a big fan.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome on the right surface [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product does what it says it will, that is for sure. Each roll of tape comes in its own resealable/reusable bag. The tape is easy to use, just cut the size you need, apply it to what you are hanging, then take the backing off and hang it where you want. My problem with this tape, is that it is extremely limited to where you can use it. It is not meant to be used on painted surfaces. I got some on a canvas material and it when I went to take the tape off later, it ripped up the canvas. On the right surface, this tape is great! You just really need to be careful on what surface you use it on, because it will mess it up.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty good [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the bottom plastic panel on the door of my car has been coming loose and I’ve tried to attach it with other adhesive tape and nothing has stuck. I put the alien tape on it and it has held well for about a week now, so that’s great. I did put it on my glossy paint wall in my house to stick a hook on the wall for hanging empty purses and that did not hold, so I’ll have to give it another try but I’m thinking the glossy textured surface may not work. Overall this works pretty great and I’m glad I found something to keep my door panel stuck to my car door!
