Rated 1 out of 5 by from Complete Rubbish and a Waste of Money I saw this on TV and it looked good and at a price where I thought I'd give it a go. When it cam the charger wouldn't fit any of my wall sockets other than one in the garage! I managed to fit a reluctant tube to the end fittings (not easy as the tube split several times) and when I tried it out it only worked for a while, nowhere near the pressure claimed in the commercial. Very disappointing, it's my own fault for buying something advertised on TV, it won't happen again. I could send it back but I can't be bothered, I'll just dump it. This product is shoddy not fit for purpose and a complete waste of money

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great piece of kit Bought this a few weeks ago and very pleased with it. Pressure not quite as high as my mains jet washer, but still adequate enough to do an efficient job. Worked especially well when cleaning the top of my conservatory from a bedroom window (no hose pipes to worry about). There is a good range of nozzles for various applications. If you have cleaning jobs at the bottom of the garden/driveway and can't be bothered to unravel the hosepipe, this is the tool. I bought a 25 litre water container to use with it as it gets through a bucket of water in no time.

The first one arrived it worked then the battery charger was faulty so contacted the supplier and they replaced the machine. They replacement arrived and we used it twice on the car did a good job on first attempt then afterwards it was an effort to get it to push the water through. In essence a total waste of cash as it's so temperamental and unreliable. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

There is no power to clean anything properly, the connection to the jet wash gun leaks water. The washer keeps popping out so two more jets if water spraying out. When using water from a bucket to clean the waters gone in a minute so still have to go in out out to refill. Very disappointed

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Jet wash is brilliant I bought this and was a bit sceptical it would be as powerful as a plug in power washer. Having now used it I’m really pleased. Really easy to set up. Great power and with the different settings you can really get through the work.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very poor I now have two of these the first one lost the ball bearings as they fell out when attaching the knozzel. Bought a second one and I can't believe how poor the item is. The pressure is nothing like on the TV even at point blank it cannot clean a slab. I bought a ball bearing kit to replace the first ones that fell out and it's the same as the second. What a load of rubbish. These are going in the bin.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow, this is a game changer. Having watched the TV presentation several times I decided to purchase the Jet Hawk. I used it this week and could not believe how powerful the water pressure was from just using a bucket of water. I cleaned the car in no time at all. The wheel arches are usually a pain to get clean, not a problem with this machine. I didn't expect this to work as well as the TV presentation but it really does. So happy I made the purchase and would recommend it as it really works.
