  • Bananagrams is a fast and fun word game that requires no pencil, paper, or board. One hand can be played in as little as five minutes, much like Pick Two, but without the letter values. Plus, the tiles come in a fabric banana-shaped carrying pouch for added convenience.
  • Using a selection of 144 plastic letter tiles in the English edition, each player works independently to create their own 'crossword' faster than one's opponents.
  • When a player uses up all their letters, all players take a new tile from the pool. The objective of the game is to be the first to complete a word grid after the "bunch" of tiles has been depleted.
  • There are variants included in the instructions, such as Banana Smoothie and Banana Cafe for limited set skills or space-deprived places. Moreover, the game is suitable for solo play.

It’s a fun, fast-paced word game that’s super easy to learn, so you can jump right in without a long explanation, but it still keeps everyone thinking. Games are quick, which makes it perfect for family game nights, or just filling a few spare minutes. I love how competitive (and a little chaotic) it gets as everyone races to build their words. It’s great for all ages, gets kids practicing spelling without realizing it, and always leads to laughs. I love the pouch that it comes with that keeps all the pieces together!

Great for budding readers and spellers for extra practice, this fast paced game allows everyone to use their brain and have fun. Great for a gift as well, this game easily stores in a fun banana shaped bag and doesn't take up much room- great for traveling. Sure, it's similar to another game, but this one allows you to build off of other player's words as well and has a few other differences too. Pick one up today for some family fun!

You get tiles, form intersecting words, but not on a big board, you just make your own grid. Play is simultaneously, no turns, everyone just keeps going until someone wins! Fun terms to use, Split, Peel and Bananas! Split - gets the games started! Peel - when someone runs out of tiles, forcing everyone to get more tiles! Bananas - when someone used up all the letters! Soo fun, but can get very competitive!

My ten year old son said he plays this game often at school with his classmates, so he was ecstatic to have one home to play whenever he likes. The setup is super easy. Each piece made well, not like some other brands whose materials are cheaply made. You can tell it's going to last for years to come. The instructions were a breeze to follow, and you can not beat the price point. It is affordable and completely worth it.

Great game, fun for the entire family, awesome family fun quality time that teaches both reading and word skills in a fun way. It's very entertaining, you can easily sit down for over an hour playing this game. I highly recommend it for families or family friends. It's so much fun.

This how I learned how to spell and come up with words and able to get off the video games sometimes and just bond through playing this game. All the pieces can fill in the banana package and use to clean up as well.
