Key Features

  • Bananagrams is a fast and fun word game that requires no pencil, paper, or board. One hand can be played in as little as five minutes, much like Pick Two, but without the letter values. Plus, the tiles come in a fabric banana-shaped carrying pouch for added convenience.
  • Using a selection of 144 plastic letter tiles in the English edition, each player works independently to create their own 'crossword' faster than one's opponents.
  • When a player uses up all their letters, all players take a new tile from the pool. The objective of the game is to be the first to complete a word grid after the "bunch" of tiles has been depleted.
  • There are variants included in the instructions, such as Banana Smoothie and Banana Cafe for limited set skills or space-deprived places. Moreover, the game is suitable for solo play.

My ten year old son said he plays this game often at school with his classmates, so he was ecstatic to have one home to play whenever he likes. The setup is super easy. Each piece made well, not like some other brands whose materials are cheaply made. You can tell it's going to last for years to come. The instructions were a breeze to follow, and you can not beat the price point. It is affordable and completely worth it.

It’s like a word scramble on steroids—no turns, no waiting, just pure chaos as everyone races to build their own crossword grid. Fast, frantic, and way too addictive 😅. Perfect for family nights, game nights with friends, or just proving you’re secretly a word nerd 📝💨. Small, portable, and ridiculously fun—10/10 would yell “Bananagrams!” again.

The bananagrams classic from moose games is so much fun. It's great watching my kids come up with the biggest words, so they're learning and playing and having fun all at the same time.

Great game, fun for the entire family, awesome family fun quality time that teaches both reading and word skills in a fun way. It's very entertaining, you can easily sit down for over an hour playing this game. I highly recommend it for families or family friends. It's so much fun.

This how I learned how to spell and come up with words and able to get off the video games sometimes and just bond through playing this game. All the pieces can fill in the banana package and use to clean up as well.

There are definitely some limitations to the word choices you can make since there are only one or 2 of certain letters, but that's okay!
