Please see pictures attached. Tui at Harvey Norman has helped me out on previous occasions with the chair issues, but she said it was a manufacturers fault.

Hi Bobby. Thanks for your question. The rug shown in the image is the Haast rug by Signature Rugs. The size is 2000mm x 3000mm. You can order the rug through your local store. The staff will need to confirm what pricing they can do for you, and what possible wait time will be if they need to order. Hope this helps with your query
