Amazing
Once you sit in the reclining chair you won't want to get out. Also material feels amazing and you can charge you phone without needing an extension cord. Only thing I think it could work on is reclining abit more but apart from that it's perfect

Lovely Bundaberg
Lovely suite - nice soft material- very comfortable so far- good easy automatic recliner so don’t struggle trying to get recliner up and shut down. Rocker and Swivel is great!
But take note that it is monstrous- arms, height, seats and sofa are huge -chair dwarfs me and my feet don’t touch the floor. Need a big lounge to fit this in!

What length is the chair from foot to head when reclined? Need to know this before I buy a set.

When i push down on the footrest (when in the UP position) it starts to manually close. Is this a manual safety override? Can I do any damage? I am so used to manual recliners that I try to manually close it without thinking sometimes.
Hi there. All recliners have springs underneath the footrest. It is best not to force a power recliner footrest to close with your legs as it may cause damage with the mechanism. Best to use the buttons to lower the footrest. We trust this helps

I have purchased a couple of the powered reclines in the last few days. I notice when i push down on the footrest (when it is in the UP position) that it starts to manually close, (But springs back up when the force is taken off) Is this some sort of man

Purchased 2 of these chairs from your Townsville QLD store. The rocking mechanism on one is broken, it rocks crocked and clicks. H N said bad luck is out of warranty, but your website says the manufacturer warranty is 5 years on the frame.???

Hey there What fabric is this couch made from and can you use a bissel spot cleaner on it?
Hi there, the fabric on the suite is a commercial grade polyester. Yes you can use the Spot cleaner on it, but we recommend, diluting it and test a part of the fabric that can not be seen to make sure, it doesn't strip the colour or damage the fabric. If these things don't happen, then continue with the stain, but dab and rub gently. We trust this helps with your query.

What are the dimensions of the two seater?

Lounge suite 13 months old and 2 out of 3 power cords are splitting exposing wires. Resulting in an electric shock wiresare not in walk ways etc. Not very happy with this quality at all. Feel it's not fit for purpose and for the price should last longer.
