Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. We'll even pay for the postage if you live in an area where there is no store. Our returns policy covers any purchased item ( conditions apply).

Is it assembled? If not how easy to assemble

Hi Pamela. When delivered the back and seat comes as separate parts. Makes it easier to get into peoples homes. The back is clipped onto the seat using the prongs on the seat that the back slides onto. There is a small electrical plug that needs to be clipped together to allow for the back to recline as well as the footrest. Assembly is very easy and done in a matter of minutes. We trust this helps

Hello, do you sell remotes for the reclining function that plug into the chair (e.g. the USB socket?) We have three of these chairs but remotes would be easier than buttons. Guests find it hard to find the buttons as they are high up. Thanks, Zac

Does the chair recline more than is showing in the picture?

Hi Suex, yes the recliner reclines more than shown in the image. It can recline to nearly lying flat. We suggest popping into store to try and see if it reclines enough for you liking. We trust this helps
