Not comfortable
The couch looks plush but hurts my back after sitting on it for a while. Very poor design and I suspect if I spend a long period of time on this couch I might injure my neck and back. Not relaxing at all. I would gladly return it for a refund. Do not buy!

Hi there, we recommend using a spot cleaner that can be purchased through our stores. Our helpful staff will be able to advise you on which one is best for suite. You can use a damp cloth with a mild detergent. Best to do a spot check on a part of the suite that is not seen to check for any fading. Rub gently. We hope this helps with your query

Does this recliner have seperate operation of chair recline and leg rest? What I mean is if you recline back, can you turn off the leg rest part of the chair.
Hi there, the recliner has one mechanism that works the leg rest and back together. Having said that, you can raise the leg rest to a point where the back stays upright, but then as the leg rest raises higher, the back will start to recline. We suggest popping into store to try the chair to make sure it does what you would like it to do. We trust this helps with your query

When power goes out how does an elderly person get out when it is reclined?
Great question Gasa. Sadly, this model does not have a manual release, or back-up battery, and we would not recommend this model for the older generations. Can this be disassembled so I can be moved like other recliners?
