Rated 1 out of 5 by Sandy G from Appalling couch worse than any 2nd hand couch Normally any review I do is a positive one but I felt that I really needed to write this one as I have ended up with a couch that is killing my back. This is absolutely the worst couch I have ever had including second hand couches I've had in the past. Purchased it on 06/07/2023 at Harvey Norman Lower Hutt and have had issues with it since it arrived. Had an intermittent fault right from the start and Harvey Norman via sofatech did try to fix it but the last fix was not successful and in fact I found the comfort factor was worse and it is an appalling couch to sit on to the point that I am going to have to purchase another couch as sitting on this one hurts my back so much. Appalling value for money in my experience. I did try to get the couch replaced when the initial fault kept happening but this was declined. Now I have a couch that is destructive to my back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Trace from Best Couch I've Ever Owned! We brought this in Sept 2023 to downsize from our large La-Z-Boy couch. We purchased the blue which is not a colour I'd thought I'd purchase but it just looks amazing. Very striking. The extra USB ports and power points are excellent to have so handy. The couch itself is very comfortable and cool for summer, warm for winter. The recliner makes it very easy to fall asleep in and I love the fact the headrest can tilt. Most amazing is the lumber support that adjusts to your preference. And having the middle seat pulled down the lights are great for one person to read without annoying the other with the light. Great salesperson (Lucky) too. I also purchased a rug and a canvas that matched quite nicely.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Vanda from Doesn't look good. Not happy with the deep creases and return policy. I was promised by sales any issues with recliners I could get a replacement but customer service has said no. The product photos online and display seemed good. I've uploaded a photo to show creases. It shouldn't be this bad. The lower back area has started to feel uncomfortable now. Will not buy from Harvey Norman again. I paid lots so wouldn't have these problems.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Teresa Kanara from Dissapointment Purchased approximately two years ago, we loved it until the switch failed around the one-year mark, so unable to recline or utilise any functions on one side. That took ages to get sorted out. Eventually, a new switch was sourced and replaced. The switch has failed again, and I do not want to have to replace this every year. Very disappointed with his expensive failure. Would not purchase this sofa again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by KJCG from Very comfortable Bought the last week and arrived today. Recommend that you take advantage of the delivery option as boxes are very heavy. Best lounge suite we have had - although the wifi won’t charge the iPhone 13 but charges the 11. Hopefully we work it out 😀 - it’s not a problem tho as plenty of other options to charge phones on the couch

Only complaint is the fabric care instructions were next to impossible to find, eventually managed to locate it under the footrest of the recliner. Tryed asking at one of the local Harvey Norman stores and they didnt seem to know (we purchased it online)

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jodi from Wolgan 3 seater and 2 chairs Loving our Wolgan lounge suite, it is everything we hoped it would be. The delivery guys were absolutely amazing. Assembly was relatively easy but helps having 2 people (the backs slot into the base and the cables need plugging in) The hardest part was locating the cables which all were under the base.
