Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid upgrade The Nintendo Switch 2 is a solid upgrade over the original, offering better performance, smoother gameplay, and a sharper OLED display. Load times are faster, and many games run at higher frame rates. It supports backward compatibility, so your existing library still works. Joy-Cons feel sturdier with improved haptics, and the docked 4K output looks great on TVs. Battery life is slightly better, though not groundbreaking. The only downsides are the higher price and limited internal storage. Overall, it’s a fantastic next-gen hybrid console that keeps the Switch magic alive while fixing many of the original’s limitations. Highly recommended.
