Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome purchase, great product, worth the price I bought them from another country worried about delivery and transporting but it turned out with no problems at all!! Sound quality is great, bass boost is awesome, noise cancelling is something I’ve never seen before. The fact that you can turn off noise cancelling mode is awesome. Case is perfect size, would have love to see them with spatial audio or earbuds tracking in case you loose one of them. Bose is doing a really great job so far. I really hope they keep listening to the community and improving their products rather than charging massive prices for bad same re-branded products. So far so good Bose!! Keep it up and here you’ll find a loyal costumer!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of the best options out there. I've had these about a month now and for me they are great. Very comfortable, very good sound, pretty easy to use and setup. App could be better with less duplication and a bit more intuitiveness (that's me anyway). There are areas's that could be better are the cable: too short and should have been USB-C on both ends. I also have had a few times where only on bud worked or linked up and had to put back in the case and take out again to fix on the spot. The case is also a bit big for sure. I'd think that easily could have been smaller. More volume would be nice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hands down the best buds I've ever owned I have struggled to find buds that fit my tiny ears without pain after an hour. I had some custom fit that were great but I could only wear them for a couple of hours. When they say "noise canceling" they aren't joking. No cap. I bought them for work because my old Bose speaker is too loud in my baking space. Unfortunately I can't use them at work because I can't hear my timers going off. They are LOUD to be heard over the music from the bakers on the other side of my ovens. Long story short - these are extremely comfortable, have great sound and just noise canceling enough to know the fire alarm is going off but still hear whatever you are listening to.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent sound, variable success with using [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy the clear sound on these and the noise canceling they can provide. I have had difficulty with a few things, though. First, i had trouble at first getting them to fit my ear canals which are narrow. I eventually found that I needed to remove the outer stretchy ring, which did not help with fit, but only made it harder. Once I did this, they fit much better. I've also had trouble with the earbuds shutting off randomly, both or just one. I set the controls on the app so that it would be hard to turn them off accidentally, but it still happens, especially when I've been wearing them a while.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent sound, tricky to use I just started using my Bose QuietComfort Earbuds. The sound is amazing and so is the noise blocking. The problems I'm having with it have to do with the fit and the controls. I am using the smallest pieces that come with them, but I still have some trouble getting a good and comfortable fit. I have to choose between comfort and not having it fall out. I also find that the buds are very sensitive to movements in my facial and ear musculature. This means if Im talking or chewing or even moving my head a certain way I may find that it switches modes on me or shuts off. The instructions in the app are not very helpful with this.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Comfortable for Small Ears [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality is good however I occasionally have issues with the earbuds sitting in case correctly. Sometimes they don’t turn off when I put them in the case or when I pull them out sometimes they don’t turn back on. The other issue I’ve had twice as when I put them back in the case it makes a terrible noise when I close the lid. If you have small ears like I do they can start to hurt after a while. If I don’t push them all the way into my concha then they fall out. The ones I had previously were more comfortable with the Stayhear max tip. I didn’t have to worry about them falling out or hurting my ears.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order.
