Hi, I have a JBL Endurance Run BT headphone. The earbud tips are worn/damaged. Where can I get genuine replacement earbud tips? I have tried several from 3rd party online shops which are not good as original. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Hi, I have 2 questions: 1. Is the blue LED light supposed to stay on after paired and connected or does it then turn off (even when still connected)? and 2. Is the device supposed to turn off automatically after a period of inactivity/non-use? Thanks
1. It should be solid blue when the unit is connected via Bluetooth.
2. It has an auto-shut-off feature that disconnects the device after 10 minutes when not in use.
