Rated 5 out of 5 by from "Just right" [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The moment I received the package in the mail I was hooked. I didn't even have to charge them up. I have them with me at the gym, the office to block out annoying people, and even at home while I'm welding and grinding. The noise canceling fitment is Wonderful. It comes with a few different ear fitment options that I may swap out down the road just to se how well they fit. It took me a few minutes to set things up but after that I was good to go. The sound is Great plus I don't even have to turn them up as loud as others in the past most likely due to the soft fitment of the rubbers. Keep up the great work and great prices!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Paired with everything I needed to use them with So far, day 3, I have successfully paired with all 3 devices I needed to use them with. (Samsung Galaxy android, Motorolla android, iPod Nano). I've talked on the phone and haven't had anyone thus far complain of echo or sound issues. All of my calls have been placed indoors in my office. At first comfort was great, but my ears definitely feel sore from the little prong that fits it snug against inner ear. I have been using the smallest adapters. I have been wearing them for my full eight hour work day. I will also be using for workouts. One thing I'd like is 2 additional charging cables (one for work backpack and one for car)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far, so good! JBL wireless sport headphones have come a long way from the first pair I unfortunately bought. That set I returned as they were uncomfortable, bulky, had poor audio quality, and the left side quit working within a few workouts. These are a 180 from there. Comfortable, light, good audio quality(noise floor is MUCH better), and they actually stick in my ears throughout my full workout(3 mile run, weights, etc.). That last part was the most frustrating with other sport headphone since I sweat a lot and almost always end up with one of the earbud popping out during a long run... Very please so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 6-month review after heavy use August 27th 2018 I am a serious workout guy from L.A., I run 5 times per week and lift weights 3 times a week. I wear these for most of my runs and about 1/2 the time when I am in the gym lifting. These earphones have a decent sound, not superb or excellent but are a good, solid set to hear music while concentrating on the workout. They stay in my ears the entire time whether I am doing a long, slow run; a tempo run or intervals. They are comfortable once you get the right combination of buds and ear holders, I recommend you try all the sizes provided to get the right fit. There are 3 sizes provided in the box. They have not once stopped working due to sweat or moisture. Sometimes when I come across other runners I know, I take them out of my ears and tuck them inside my T-Shirt for the duration of the run, while we talk. Even in that super moist environment they have not failed, very remarkable - especially since we have had extremely high humidity in Southern California for most the last 2 months and I have been totally drenched in sweat at the end of the runs. The pic is from the week of Aug 13th 2018, during a 2 hour run in trails around the San Luis Obispo area, in high humidity conditions, hence the headband. The controls piece is easy to use, it sways back and forth but is not in the way, the connector wire does not flop around annoyingly, . They do not shut off all sound around you, which works for me as I run on trails, the street, parks, the beach and the track and want to be aware of my surroundings. These are very light weight and the wire is reflective. The bluetooth is very reliable, when at the gym, sometimes I leave my phone in my bag and tuck it into a storage cube,within the workout area, which is approx 40 ft x 50 ft, then move from station to station without get any drop-offs. It even stays connected when I move to the adjacent room, which is 15 ft away and separated by a hallway which has two walls. The only drawback is that I get complaints about voice quality when I answer phone calls, so I had to purchase a separate earpiece to answer calls while driving. Overall after 6 months of heavy use, I give these an 8 plus, taking away for the bad mic during phone calls. When I am stopped, I pull the mic closer to my mouth and my voice improves drastically according to folks with whom I'm talking. I would definitely recommend these and I would buy a replacement pair if these were lost or damaged. So far no issues. I will review again after a few more months.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Earphones These are nice earphones. They have really good sound, but you have to take the time to get the fit right. Without a good fit, they don't sound impressive. The bass is especially improved by a good fit. Most people complained about the lack of bass, but once I was able to interchange the rubber ear pieces to allow for a soundproof fit, the bass became what I would expect from a JBL product. Voice assistant is helpful, but not capable of opening apps without the phone being unlocked. Overall I like the fit and the sound.

Here is a hint they do not tell you and the call center did not know, hit the home button twice to activate siri. Took me awhile to figure that out, hope it saves you time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great headphones that stay in ear I bought these headphones because I needed a pair that would stay in my ears while running. I have used them for about two months and so far, they have been amazing. The sound quality is great, the battery lasts pretty long, the bluetooth works well; they are so secure in my ear that I never have to worry about them falling out and can go for my entire run without adjusting them in my ears. They are very noise-cancelling as well. I recommend these headphones to anyone who wants a quality noise-cancelling and secure pair.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just average for a overprice product I didn't want to make a full review until I tested them for about 2 months. At first the product seems durable and good quality while unboxing. The changeable silicon ear tips are good, because it makes more comfortable to use it, my ears get used to them in about 2 weeks. The sound is a medium quality (it has no base), it sounds like an average or cheap headset. The microphone is the worst part, tested couple of times, the other person hears you so far and with static (even if I tried to use it close enough to my mouth), it sounds worst if you are outdoors. I'll recommend try another JBL product not this one.

I just bought these headphones, when I try and use the google now / assistant it opens Bixby on my Samsung s20, even when Bixby has been disabled. Any ideas how I can get it to work with Google Assistant, this is why I bought them!

Our JBL Reflect Contour can be used to enable Google Assistant by clicking the button on the in-line remote twice. Please disable Bixby on your phone so you can use Google Assistant.

Try doing a reset to see if it helps. With the headphones switched ON, press and hold both volume buttons for more than 5 seconds. This should reset your headphones.

I just purchased the Reflect Contour 2 today, however, it does not show up as an available device when my phone and laptop search for available devices when their Bluetooth pairing features are on.

You need to put the JBL into pairing mode. The easiest way to is to start with the earbuds powered off. Press and hold the power button until the light blinks red and blue. It should be visible to your phone after that.

Following up on my earlier question... I don't have the Mini 2 (I lost those). I have the JBL Reflect Contour 2. A couple months ago, JBL answered on this forum that they CAN be connected to 2 devices at the same time. I want to know how to do it.

The Reflect Contour headphone should appear on your discoverable devices and should connect within 2-3 seconds after turning on. If you wish to pair to a different device, make sure the last device it was connected to have the Bluetooth turned off. Make sure the headphones are off and press and hold the center button between 3-5 seconds or until the audio prompt states that it is "looking for device" You should be able to pair with a different device within 2-3 seconds.
