Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lags All the time I love sound quality. But Every 10-15 secs connection lost for 1-2 secs than again continue. I mean connection is not stable between my phone and even between two earbuds. For example, I am running and listening music, after 30 secs music stops(connection probs) 1 sec later it continues after 10 secs right earbud stops working but then 1-2 secs later it starts to work again and it continues like this. I dont know what to do? I cant use like this. I hope JBL support team can help me. I have just bought these earbuds was it was a nightmare week for a new purchased product for me. Really disappointed. I was so sure that BLE 5.1 would be flawless.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hurt my ears, don't reliably charge 2 issues - comfort and charging. The headphones hurt my ears and don't really want to stay in my ears. At one point the rigid, hard ear piece cut my ear. Sweat just makes them have an easier time leaving my ears and irritating my skin. The charging is very random. One bud charges to 100%, the other is at zero after multiple hours charging. Put them back into charge. Check a few minutes later ~ now they are both at 40%. 😑Leave them charging all night, sometimes they do. Sometimes they don't. I bought these to workout, so its annoying that they are so unreliable with charging. Sound quality is good, but overall I regret my purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great wireless earphones These are great little things! I’ve been using them for a while and I am very happy with how they are. To begin with I have not had to charge them for over a week which in comparison to other wireless earphones I found is particularly good. The sound quality is great on these and what I would generally expect JBL they look sleek and not too big or clunky. The fit was nice I didn’t need to change anything as soon as I got them I was ready to go within minutes no issues with connectivity and when I was not using them they’re back in the charging case geared up for the next use which is great!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sound quality is amazing. I’ve had these for approx 1 week now and I have to say, from the moment I first used them, I loved the sound quality! However, they do make my ears hurt like they’re stretching my ears. I love that you get 3 different sizes of the war inserts and horns but even on the smallest size, they hurt my ears so badly after approx 30-40 minutes. After an hour, the pain was unbearable and I had to take them out which is a real shame as I really do love the sound quality from them. They’re definitely noise cancelling for sure and I can confirm that even with volume on the highest, someone sitting next to me couldn’t hear my music at all from them. I love the little charging case and the fact it has a wrist band on it too.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Would never buy again I purchased these because I originally had the JBL mini reflects and I loved them. These are by far the worst headphones I’ve ever purchased. I have changed the ear pieces several times trying to find a good fit, and cannot get them to stay in my ears with the smaller options, with the mediums, they hurt so badly I can hardly bare to wear them for an hour workout. They disconnect from my Bluetooth constantly and I’m having difficulty getting both headphones to charge consistently, while they’re both in the charger. I would absolutely not recommend anyone buy these headphones.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't Buy These Headphones I bought these headphones hoping for something I could use for work, workouts, and calls, turns out they're not good for any of these things. The noise-canceling is only passive, and when on calls the mic picks up every noise except your voice, as well as doesn't allow talk through. The buttons on the headphones work only intermittently, and only if you press them just right, and when running the headphones fall out of your ears. The one redeeming feature is the sound quality, which is phenomenal. Great bass and a really balanced sound overall. If you are looking for a pair of headphones that have great sound, but nothing else, these are the headphones for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent sounds I've had these for just over a week now and the range in sounds is brilliant! The bass is very deep and clear. The battery on the buds themselves lasts for a long time but the fact they charge up using the pod while you're on the go is very handy. The only downside is app can be a bit buggy but I'm sure with an update it will improve. I was worried about the fit while running but they fit in snugly and stay in tight. I would definitely recommend these headphones.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Uncomfortable for Smaller Ears I loved my reflect mini 2's, so tried these out when I broke my old pair. Took them on a long trail run and was super uncomfortable. These do not fit in your ear well (I comfortably work the small ear piece on the mini 2's). Felt like it was stretching out my outer ear and it went way too deep in my ear canal. Really had to take time to make them squeeze into my ears or they would fall out. Additionally noise canceling was super annoying/non functional if there was wind.

Right ear bud wont charge and I’m stuck in mono mode

Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. To manually connect, place both earbuds on the charging case and tap the button twice near the charging port. Left bud dead and not charging

Can you wear these in the shower?

Our JBL Reflect Mini NC is IP67 waterproof and dustproof. It can be used during Extreme workout sessions and taking showers. But it is not recommended for swimming since Bluetooth signal doesn't pass through water.

I've been using and love my reflect mini's, but have just plugged them in and the left bud has a lower volume to the right. I've cleaned them out, and gone through all the volume options and settings, but nothing is changing. Help!

Hey customer support, Thanks for the suggestion. I have tried your suggestion multiple times and back to my phone. The sound hasn't improved or changed at all. Even the little ding as it recognises the bud is in the ear is at a much lower volume in the left side. Please advise what else I can do to remedy this. Thank you.
