Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lightweight, comfortable and clear [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using these headphones for the past week and really like them. I have listened to YouTube classic rock songs, some jazz CDs, and Apple downloaded songs. The bass is exceptionally clean and tight and the highs are not fatiguing ever after several hours of listening. They are so comfortable that you tend to forget you’re wearing them. My wife has stolen them from me, probably because she can tune me out when she’s working. Overall, I think they’re a good buy.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great but don't sit / fit well I love these and I got recommended them by my friends as they were inexpensive and good sound ,which they are , but they don't fit people's heads properly, not one person who has tried them has got them to look good , you look like a box . There's too much space between your head and the band which feels like this issue could be really easily fixed as it fits when you gently press down on the ears , and all that needs to happen is to ever so slightly make the padded cushions thinner . There isn't a solution for when you wear them out of the house. I can't afford to replace them , but also can't wear them outside without looking awful . Overall great headphones , but only for inside .

I often find the over the ear headphones to be uncomfortable but these have a lot of cushion around the ears. I had my son try them and he said the same thing. These aren't noise canceling headphones but if you have them on you can't really hear the person next you talking even without anything playing on the headphones. I had someone call me and I could hear them perfectly and they said they could hear me. My only issue was trying to find the button to switch to the phone call. I kept hitting the volume buttons. These were very easy to connect to my phone and to the app. The sound is great. You can use the JBL headphone app to use the equalizer which has some preset buttons or you can customize. I love using these headphones for those times i don't want to use ear buds.

They are simply amazing, The headphones offers impressive sound quality, especially for the JBL Pure Bass Sound Technology that simply give an experience on those deeper bass and in addition there's the JBL Headphones App that allows to customize the sound through the EQ settings. Another big Pro of these headphone Is without any doubt the battery life, it has a super fast charge that allows to reproduce musics for an incredible amount of hours, making this product one of the best for long travels, also cause they are extremely comfortable to wear and to carry on your backpack since they are also foldable. In the end I can only recommend this product, it has everything you need from a headphone plus it has all the quality you could possibly ask. 100% Recommended , almost a must have

They sound really great aund get quite loud. They have the standard excellent sound quality JBL is known for. I don't find these headphones as comfortable as I had hoped for extended wear. I am a guy with a bigger head and my ears are on the larger side. These headphones have a bit too much force on my ears for my taste. After a while, like an hour or so, for me, they become uncomfortable. I like the volume controls on the headphones and phone calls seem to work well on them. I would definitely recommend them to someone with a smaller head and ears. They are great quality, but they don't fit me well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good, lightweight headphone! I have been using this JBL headphones for a bit over 2 weeks now, and I must say I am very satisfied with it. The sound quality is very good, both for music as for video calls. Personally i like the "deep bass" sound it gives when playing music, but of course that's a question of personal taste. Furthermore the headphones are very comfortable to wear, they are very light and are still comfortable even after wearing them for several hours. As other reviewers have mentioned, the battery life is quite extraordinary. I have already been videoconferencing and listening to music for many hours and i am still on the first charge. Furthermore it is very easy to pair the headphones with your devices and it’s very easy to have them paired with two devices at the same time. Finally, the headphones seal out external noises very well. If you want to listen to music at your leisure without disturbing noises, these headphones are perfect!

This really makes a differece in the high quality music experience. The headphone is really soft on my ears. I like to run and it does not move when working out. That is a huge benefit for me. It also fits perfectly in my backpack because of the ability to fold. However, this model is quite wide. I had to get used to that. The battery lifetime is a real advantage. I tend to use to forget to charge my devices. Al in al a great headphone!

They are comfortable and lightweight and lend themselves to long listening sessions with the long battery life. Connecting the bluetooth with my iPhone was simple and hassle free. I'm no audiophile just an old guy who likes music. So I don't have all the technical jargon, these headphones just sound great. I let my grandson borrow them and I'm having a hard time getting them back now, he loves them and never uses his AirPods anymore.

is the Maximum Volume of the 720BT Louder than the 520BT?

Thanks for your question. While we could not determine which is louder we could give you the specifications of each driver and sensitivity for comparison. The JBL Tune 720BT has a driver of 40 mm / 1.57 “ Dynamic driver and a sensitivity of 101 dB SPL@ 1kHz 1mW. While the JBL 720BT has a 33mm / 1.30" Dynamic driver and a sensitivity of 102 dB SPL@ 1kHz 1mW.

Can these be paired to a smart tv

Thanks for your inquiry. Our JBL Tune 720BT can connect to any Bluetooth-enabled device, including Smart TVs that are Bluetooth capable. If your TV has an Aux input, you can also use an Aux cable for a wired connection. Please know that when connected via Bluetooth, you may encounter audio-video delays when you're using it to connect with your TV device, since these headphones don't have a low-latency codec.

My JBL Headphone how do we charge it, the voice message says low on battery I asked the retailer do you need to charge it and he said no I brought last year in October Noel leemings Masterton. at the moment cant getting nothing on the headphone.
