Horrible earphones
This has to be the worst earphones I have ever used, I have never felt so u happy and so much regret buying something in my life! So uncomfortable in my ears, unbelievably similar to airpods and they come across as just some cheap nock off. Incredibly poor design and dosnt even stay in my ears, also causes pain in my ears after only 15 minutes of use!! DONT BUY. If your buying earphones go for the buds pro 2 they are so much better I wish I bought them instead!

Very disappointed. They`re now useless to me.
Bought them when one of my Galaxy Buds 2 buds stopped working. Extremely disappointed. They do not fit in the ear like GB2s do, so the music quality is very poor. They`re also are very loose in my ears and were constantly falling out. Ended up buying another set of GB2s. Then tried to use the failed Galaxy Buds 3 for other purposes (not music) on devices like my tablet & PC but they refused to sync. Complete waste of money! Would never recommend them.

Not worth the price
I've had three types of headphones from Samsuns over the years and these ones are by far the worst. They're made from cheap material which makes them so light they don't fit right and it affects the sound. They don't stay in and when they do they hurt your ears. I would have returned them if I would have bought them myself, but since they came with the phone...why bother. Don't waste your money on these, buy the buds 2 pro. They're so much better.

Good sound quality

It's a nice grey matte silver with a clear open top... the ear buds them selves are sleek and stylish in design . Easy to distinguish left to right with the blue or red strip on the earbuds. The sound quality sounds okay.. I'm only a little upset as these really don't seem to fit in my ear very well at all... but will update as my use is extended

New sound quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been testing new Samsung Galaxy buds 3 for few days now, and I am so impressed. Sound quality is amazing, also design is very stylish. They fit great in my ear, no problem with falling out which I had with other buds. I love how you can change song or volume without using you phone. New shape is another nice thing about them. I am so happy I decided to give them a chance, and I am not dissapointed. Another great samsung device, and it needs only few second to connect with my phone. I've been fan of Samsung Brand for a long time, and their devices are always my first choice. Also what is important to me new buds 3 don't take much space in my bag or pocket so it is great to take them with me everywhere. They're perfect to listening to music or making phonecalls. Can definitely reccomend them.

Before ordering I checked the reviews on the buds3, seen lots of people complaining about the fit & buds falling out.
I decided to give it a try as normally Samsung products are good quality. I received my order last week & I am very happy with the buds3. I did some test to see if they would fall out my ears...all tests amazingly passed with no issues with fit or comfort. Finally the quality sound is amazing, with a good battery life.

Excellent sound quality and design!
I was looking for a perfect ear phones and pre-ordered this, seeing the specifications. Even though these are not that sleek as seen in pic, the sound quality is excellent and had all the features I have been looking onto. I have tried other brands on the similar price range, but the quality is exceptional and will never miss a beat when you play music. The design is unique and colour is just great. Awesome product and I love it!

Extremely Disappointing Experience

I have no idea where they got this size from because they don’t stay in my ears at all. They keep falling out no matter what I do—whether I’m sitting or walking. For this price, I expected much better. Completely useless product! I’m very disappointed.

Great sound, disappointing fit. There's so much that I love about these, the sound is great whilst they are tight in my ears but really sadly, unless I'm sorting still, not eating, not talking and barely breathing they will not stay in my ears for love nor money. I was so excited to get them in the first place and am gutted they don't fit. And yes I have read all of the guidance about making them for very carefully.

Not as good as others
Not great. I bought these for my wife to replace an old pair. They fit fine but that’s where the positives end. The sound quality is poor with vocals being far to night and actually hurting your ears. I have altered all sound settings on the device and the streaming platforms, but still high tones on vocals. The noise cancelling doesn’t work very well either compared to others I have used. Very disappointing.

Best earbuds I've been using!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Value for money! Great sound experience with my new Samsung earbuds. After 5 day of constant use I'm ready to recommend this fantastic earbuds to everyone. Battery last very long and sound is great. I have to mention about active noise cancelling as I was very pleasantly surprised. Of course, it doesn't work as well as in over-ear headphones, but they meet my expectations. Perfectly fit to my ears and don't fall out. They are ultra-light and you can easily forget that they are in your ears if you don't turn them on (it happened to me twice). I'm using them at work as well as at home. Galaxy Werable App has built-in equalizer allows me to adjust the sound to my needs, regardless of whether I'm listening to music or an audiobook, and another important feature: if you lost earbuds it will begin beeping to signal their location!

After watching videos and listening to music the whole day, i found the sound was quieter than last generation and didnt feel comfortable long term use.
Not all bad news though, the earbud stem makes touch control easier to use. Tested video calling and either end of the call the voices were very clear.
Battery on the buds lasts about 5hours before i had to place them back in the case to charge them.
Overall, earbuds 3 are a very nice colour with a very stylish earbuds & case. Sound & mic quality is very good although abit quiet in my opinion. Good battery life, good bit of kit if you are looking for the latest ear buds.

Ergonomic fail - like a rock in your ears
Recently upgraded my headphones to these and they are worst I have every owned. Ergonomically a big fail as people's ears are not the same - so the one size fits all approach is like trying to hold a rock in your ear. My ears hurt within minutes and I have to remove them. Total waste of money and regret buying. Now considering leaving Samsung completely for a brand that is more in touch with reality.

Very Disappointing - ANNOYED!
I had the Buds 2 which I loved. I had them stolen and there were no longer any on sale in my tech stores, online or anywhere other than trade me so I had to "upgrade". I hate the Bud 3 in comparison. The noise cancelling is rubbish, I have to have my music on FULL where the quality sounds average and I can STILL hear exterior music, voices, noises. The shape is very frustrating and gets in the way when trying to do makeup, get ready and they're not even comfortable and don't sit well. Only good thing is I can control both music skipping and volume from the ear bud but even these controls are slightly tricky to use eg. Have to get them just right, in the right place on the bud. They also entirely stopped charging when they apparently had something invisible to the eye on either the charging port or charging pads of the bud. Took me three tries to get the invisible blockage out the way.

Happy with these now
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I originally gave these a bad review. That was the first set. The second set arrived. I discovered there are two other sets or ear tips. With the smallest fitted a software update on phone and earphones the sound is now very good and the noise cancelling excellent. Controlling the volume is a bit hit and miss and battery life could be better.

Free earbuds, but at what cost?
These headphones are a severe downgrade from the buds2. I received them free with my new phone, and I still think i overpaid. There is no noise cancelling, the battery doesn't last well, the left bud doesn't want to charge. It honestly sounds like i am listening to my audio books through a tin can it echoes so badly. They constantly fall out of my ears, and randomly disconnect from the phone.

Looking at reviews weren't expecting much but were surprised! Sound quality is very good- noise cancellation is very good- they fit my ears great but as no rubber tips can see different people problems with fitting.I have 2 other premium makes of buds and prefer these over them which surprised me.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Galaxy Buds 3, which I received as a Christmas gift. Despite my excitement about using them, I’ve encountered ongoing issues that have led to significant frustration.
From the very beginning, I have struggled with the earbuds staying securely in my ears. This problem has been particularly noticeable during activities such as going to the gym, where they frequently fall out. Unfortunately, the issue persisted even during casual use.
While I was out in town wearing the earbuds, the right earbud fell out and was lost. I have searched thoroughly but was unable to locate it. This leaves me with just the left earbud, which renders the product effectively unusable for its intended purpose.
I am deeply disappointed, as I expected better design and performance from a product associated with Samsung's reputation for quality. How can I get a replacement Ear Bud?

Didn't even last a year
I've had them for only 9 months and the right earbud started loudly beeping with a high pitch in my ear. Only 9 months! Then when I took them back to the retailer to be replaced, Samsung's policy is to take them for WEEKS to look at them. I wish other brands would come out with similar earbuds that don't require them to clog my ear so I could have some more choice...

Mixed feelings
Generally, it's a great bud mainly because of the clear sound, BUT it doesn't fit in my ear, like it's too big for my ears keeps falling off also, the music keeps stopping on its own, for reasons i don't know.
I'm a hijabi, so thank God my hijab keeps it in place, but once it moves a lil from my ear, it just stops working.
Is it a setting I've activated or why?

And a good sound quality
Some what not easy to get them out of the case but once there out, i was happy with them. Really easy to put back in to the case to charger or store
I have used the earbuds 3 now for a good time
Small compact and easy to use
The most impressive thing for me is a sounds quality, comparing to what i had before its a 9/10
Noise cancelling is also good
Battery life im happy with and it charges fast
Good notice of battery low and sensitive controls (controls need some getting use to )
Case it self could be a bit more rigid, as i end up scraping it when i put it in the pocket with something metal. But that just cosmetics
It was abit fiddly to get them out of the case at first, but when i got use to it, its not anymore
Overall im very happy with the buds and using them daily now
