Rated 1 out of 5 by from Avoid Bought these in october 2022, they were never very good. They don’t get very loud compared to a cheapo free pair i got (which sucks when ur hearing isn’t good). There was always pairing issues, as in pairing with one another. If the left was put in the case, the right kept playing. If the right was put into the case they both shut off and you could not turn it on without taking out the right from the case. I downloaded the app, that helped a little? Now they left sounds like it’s playing in another room. It’s so quiet and there’s nothing i can do to fix this sudden change? No sort of reset, driver. Nothing. I’ll giver it 1 star for aesthetic but i have never had this many issues with head phones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Value I've been using a wide variety of earbud style headphones over the years. I have several headphones in my collection from many brands (including other JBL headphones), and a Chi-Fi Bluetooth DAC/Amp with several Chi-Fi earbuds (with a wide variety of drivers and driver styles) depending on my mood. Out of the box without the sealed tips, these work well. Decent quality, but nothing special to note. For the small form factor they work okay. But, with the sealed tips I'm immediately blown away with the sound theses provide. Definitely on par with much more expensive earbuds The ability to adjust the equation (and other options) in the app is great. Well done JBL!

The old tunes were better They make a horrible noise anytime I use a grinder, impact, welder or plasma cutter, really any electronic tool and the ear buds screech in my ears with the ANC settings on. If I turn all that crap off it doesn't do it. The noise they make while using power tools hurts my ears.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TERRIBLE <6 Month Lifespan I bought these as a Christmas gift for myself they have not even lasted 6 months. The microphone does not even work and no one will ever be able to hear you. I understand these are a cheaper model however the product should at least meet the description of the product. Do not buy just spend the extra 30 on AirPods.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Earbuds charging issue I recommend people not to buy this earbuds, i have no complaints regarding sound quality it is awesome. The main issue is that earbuds charging, when u keep it inside the case for charging most of the time it doesn’t charge at all and if it showing 100% charge also after using 5-10 mins it would say low chrarge. JBL need to fix this.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from No drop outs, but lots of drop outs. Absolutely faultless sound quality, really good bass response. But … ear cups sizes are limited, small and medium are both too small for me and the large are too large. All three sizes I tried, all three times the right earbud fell out and never felt like it fitted. I was lucky it didn’t get lost, as it happened getting on buses and at train platforms. I lost a Raycon earbud not long after I bought the pair, when it fell on the tracks at a station, a really expensive loss. It really needs inbetween sizes of ear cup, the way other manufacturers have, especially with the elliptical ports. Otherwise, I could get 3rd party ones for a better fit. Right now, I’m using the medium set, but I have to keep pushing them in and twisting them in to keep them from falling out.

what's the difference between jbl tune flex ghost edition and tune flex

Does noise cancellation work without music being played? This is important to me.

Active Noise Cancellation can be activated without music playing, however as the headphones are working without audio being reproduced will automatically shut down after a period of time.
