Head to the store or warehouse specified on the email.
Step Four
For store pick-ups for appliances & technology go to the Computers Service Counter and for furniture & bedding head to the Bedding Cashier. For warehouse pick-ups go to the counter at the warehouse entrance.
We are here to help! Simply park in our Click & Collect parks and call the store number provided in your email. We will bring your order directly to your car for a stress-free experience.
Don't want to drive all the way to a store? Choose delivery and we will ship your items to your home or workplace anywhere in New Zealand.
We aim to dispatch in-stock smaller items for overnight delivery. Please allow up to three business days and more time if you are in a remote or rural location. For larger items, a team member will be in contact to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Step One
Add items to your cart and head to checkout. Select delivery and add your delivery address.
Step Two
An order dispatch email will be sent with details of your purchase and tracking information.
Step Three
A signature is required. Please ensure someone is home to sign for the order.
Delivery costs are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.
You can also see an estimated delivery cost on the items' product page, just by entering your address in the 'For delivery estimate and stock availability' section.
Delivery costs are calculated based on the items' weight and the distance of the shipping address from the nearest Harvey Norman store.
Delivery does not include installation.
For special delivery requirements, please include detailed instructions in your order's 'notes' section or contact us directly. If your delivery involves any challenges, such as remote rural locations, restricted access, stairs, or narrow entries, please specify them.
Our team will contact you to gather further information or discuss any additional costs associated with non-standard door-to-door deliveries.
In case the driver encounters unsafe conditions upon arrival due to inaccurate information provided by you, you will be responsible for the cost of arranging another delivery attempt with the required equipment or additional personnel.
Please note that these charges are not included in the standard delivery costs.

We want to make sure your items arrive safely in your hands for you to enjoy. We will not leave items in an unsecured place regardless of the circumstances and a signature will be required on delivery.
If the courier is unable to hand your item over to you, a card-to-call will be left with details for how you can pick up or arrange re-delivery of your order. If the courier fails to deliver it 3 times, the item/s will be returned to the originating store.

You can also log in to your Harvey Norman account to track your delivery status and order information from My Orders.
Alternatively, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the shipping reference number which you can use to track your order. The email will also contain an estimated date for the arrival of your order.
The store will contact you to schedule a suitable delivery time for large and bulky items.
1-Hour Click & Collect allows you to skip the delivery wait and pick up your in-stock purchases on the same day. Make sure to place your order at least one hour before your Harvey Norman store closes. You can find store opening hours on our Store Finder tool.
Head to your store once you receive a 'ready-to-collect' email. Please note that oversized items may need to be picked up from the store's warehouse, and details will be included in your ready-to-collect email.
*Terms & Conditions applyTo nominate another person to pick up your order, please enter their name in the 'Name of Person Collecting the Order' field in the Checkout. We understand things can change after an order has been placed. If you wish to change the name of the person collecting the order, please contact us. We will request some security information from you and notify the store that your nominated person will pick up your order.

All deliveries must be signed for when you receive them; deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes or ParcelPods. If you are unable to take delivery of your items in person - or if you have not received them within a reasonable period - please contact us
If you are not available to receive the delivery of your parcel, a card-to-call with further instructions will be left in your letterbox.
*Terms & Conditions applyYou may choose to have products delivered to an address different to the billing address. However, we cannot deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses; in this instance, you must order items separately and assign the different delivery addresses to each.
We can take away your old item by arrangement only. We need to ensure our delivery team has been fully briefed beforehand, or they will be unable to pick up the old item.
Please contact us after you place your order to arrange a removal service, at 0800 088 144 or admin.online@nz.harveynorman.com. We'll confirm fees, give instructions, and inform the store to contact you with finalised details to ensure a smooth removal!
Track your order using our Track Order tool, enter your Order ID and the email address used to place the order.
Alternatively, you can log in online and check on the status of your order via My Account.
When several items are purchased in a single order, stock availability may result in your order being sent to multiple stores or departments to dispatch the different items. Therefore, all of your items might not be delivered at the same time.
Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be changed or cancelled. Read our full returns policy.
If you have yet to receive your goods within the timeframes detailed above, you can check on the progress of your delivery using the Track Order tool or contact us. We will verify the status of your order and follow up with the nominated store on your behalf.
If your goods arrive damaged, get lost in transit, or you receive the wrong items, contact us immediately.
