Rated 2 out of 5 by from Amazing but for one chronic irritant We bought this kettle and 4 slice toaster at Christmas as a treat for ourselves, and love the variant temperature feature, I am no longer scalding my hot chocolates, and the kettle is beautiful, sleek, a quiet boil, and has drawn compliments from my visiting sister. Unfortunately, the press button to pop the lid only pops up after about 13 attempts; it is incredibly frustrating. I've taken to filling it at the spout, but this is an annoying drawback that led me to regret the investment.

It is great colour to keep clean and easy to fill. The ding noise of turning it on and when it’s finished boiling is a little unnecessary and I am not sure if it can be turned off.
