Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not for Tiles I would definitely avoid buying this if you are planning to use on tiles. i bought this steam mop not long ago and when i use it on my tiles it leaves water puddles everywhere it goes and I always sweep before I mop and it still leaves what I have missed on the tiles.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So much hassle - it’s not going to get used regula So disappointed with this purchase. Yes, it cleans ok but it’s a real pain to clean the machine after use. There are 2 parts ( with flaps and compartments) plus the brush, which all require emptying and cleaning. Also, I cannot, for the life of me, figure out the instructions regarding which sequence of lights represents which level of clean. Bitterly disappointed. I obviously selected the wrong model. I just wanted something quick and simple ( take off one reservoir and empty) to use.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Okay, but not what I hoped. I have had this since the end of July, and I am frustrated by the stark difference between its claims and the actual results. I don't believe it gives as good a result as my previous Shark steam mop, and I have gotten to the stage i just use a mop and bucket. I was tossing up between this one and the hydrovac, but unfortunately, cost is always a big part of the decision-making. This is the first Shark product I have been disappointed in.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Effective and efficient Really good at doing the job. Very simple to use and to clean after. Great that you don't need to do any vacuuming or sweeping beforehand. Cleaned my old linoleum floors and tiles without doing any damage. Got some of the tougher oldest stains out. My only concern is I can't get right to the edges of my floors due to the skirting boards in the way. Any tips on how to remedy this would be appreciated. Otherwise, would recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Most helpful steam mop that revolutionizes floors! I bought this steam mop a fee weeks ago and it is a huge help! It is corded but the cord is very long I would guesstimate 8m in length! The steam function is excellent as it adequately sanitizes my floors which is important with two kids under 5 years! The roller function is amazing, it picks up all the debris and food debris such as rices mixed with milk on the floor which the kids constantly spill, it makes it a breeze as I don’t have to get down on my hands and knees picking all the bits up first, like I used to! I have wooden polished floors in my kitchen which it cleans and dries very fast. My bathroom is shiny tiles and it also cleans this beautifully! My tiles seem to take longer to dry than my kitchen floors but waiting an extra 5 minutes and keeping the kids out of the bathroom whilst the floors are drying, is super easy considering all the help and huge ease of cleaning my floors this machine has delivered! The roller and catch tray are super easy to rinse and pop back on the upright stand to dry for next times use! What a genius idea creating that roller stand for drying that roller on! I am beyond delighted with this product and would buy it again in a heartbeat. It has revolutionized my floor cleaning and I now get my steam mop out excitedly to clean my floors rather than before with a normal push mop, and getting down on my hands and knees, I would just dread cleaning my floors and clean them less frequently due to the hassle and hard work it used to cause me! Thank you so much for designing such a helpful machine for busy families! I was tossing up between buying this machine vs the other shark steam mop which came with its own solution, however at $35 a liter for constantly having to buy the solution on an ongoing basis I was sold on using free sanitizing steam that’s chemical free and costs nothing. Also bought this over Black Friday sales and paid a fantastic price for this!
