Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Robot we've had. This is a great appliance, vacs and mops perfectly, easy to refill and empty the dirty water containers and is so precise in its mapping. I haven't needed to take it home to its docking station once which is fantastic. The ability to set up individual areas for specific cleaning is great. The hot mopping with the cleaning solution is great at getting the floor shiny.

After several years of using a Roomba vacuum cleaner I changed to the Roborock brand and am amazed at the improvement and extra quality of cleaning that the Roborock provides. Definitely worth having and in less than a month it paid for itself - the cost worked out much cheaper than hiring a cleaner! It used to take me over 4 hours to completely vacuum and wash floors in my large house. Now ‘Dobby’ the robot does it all for me 😃. These days, Mother’s little helper isn’t a tranquilliser, it’s a Roborock!

The instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made setup straightforward. My only downside is that I wish it used a reusable dust bag instead of disposable ones. Overall, very happy with it.

Great question! Only specific high-end Roborock models, typically those with the "MaxV" or "Master" designation (like the Qrevo MaxV or Qrevo Master), are equipped with an RGB camera that supports live video monitoring through the app. These can be ordered in-store only. ^CO
