Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great piece of equipment, overall. It’s great but not outstanding! Compared to older models, much improvement but even they were great! The mopping is fantastic, though it’s sort of mis advertised, the mop is cold water but washed with hot. Would be been good for stains if warm water was dispensed too. Biggest flaw is it eating of cords, no attempt to avoid and the get wound up even more now due to the side brush, the retracting sensor does that but we have a under kitchen cupboard recess where it sometimes retracts over times hits the sensor into it - great! No go zone added to ensure no damage. Also like clothes and has run over my foot more than once - not advised. Its detection to things just off its direct line of sight is poor - usually when eating cloths and cord becomes an issue. Overall still a great choice and you won’t be disappointed but would have to thought these little issues not to exist on a flag ship model. Maybe when they firmware update.

When offline or stuck it sucks the battery dry then it ends up stranded with no battery. It's always trying to mount the legs of chairs, tables, clothes airers when it should just go around them. Can't have power cords on the floor or it will pull lamps off tables. Not sure what environment it would work in. Maybe an empty room. Honestly for what you pay it should be better. App is ordinary and not intuitive, needs a manual to understand it. Do not recommend. Does clean well though :-D

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than a househusband! Absolutely love the Saros 10. Every morning I wake up to a freshly vacuumed and mopped house. It's very quiet, easy to set up and just does what its supposed to do. All I have to do is keep up the fresh water and empty the dirty water and the containers are small enough that I don't have heavy lifting and large enough to only need doing every couple of days.

Keeping the house clean is soo much easier now, and the kids are a lot more happy to help tidy because they know Rocky will be doing most of the vacuuming and mopping for us!
