Harvey Norman's response was to tell me it was fine, ignore my explanations on why it wasn't fine, offer no help, then tell me to upgrade. I rather buy a product that does what it tells me it would do. BTW the wifi indicator was good to very good.

Hi Aaron, this is a standalone Wi-Fi camera that can be added to your existing setup of other SoloCam C210 units. It does not require a HomeBase and is managed entirely through the Eufy Security app, where you can view and control multiple cameras from one account.

Is this compatible with the Solar Charging Panel

Thanks for your question. Currently, the Eufy Solocam C210 does not have Eufy Solar Charging Panel support. Currently the only Solocam to feature Solar Panel support is the Solocam S340, which has it's own charge panel. Trust this helps! ^CO

How long does the battery last if on 24/7

However, this can vary depending on factors like the number of motion detections, the duration of recordings, and power settings. It does not support continuous recording. Does this work where there is no wifi? After an incident how do I read the stored video files?

Hi Bruce, it requires Wi-Fi for live streaming and remote access but can still record locally on its 8GB built-in storage if Wi-Fi is unavailable. To access the videos, you’ll need to reconnect the camera to Wi-Fi and use the Eufy Security app, as it doesn’t support removable storage.
