Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing dead bolt lock that has all the features! I purchased this for an AirBNB condo I have. I could have designed a better lock as it allows for my fingerprint to unlock when I’m onsite. I can set up unique codes for each guest that are specific to their travel dates and the code changes for the next guest. No more keys and the comfort that no previous guest can gain access at a future date. I set up a code for the cleaners as well and I can open the door remotely when a guest has any problems which are always user errors that lock out the lock for 15 minutes. I plan on replacing the electronic deadbolt I have on my personal house due to its capabilities that my lock doesn’t have.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Child proof too I got this lock about 2 years ago. My daughter was always getting outside, we tried barrell locks double dead bolt and everything in between. All the other options were either too much of a Hassel or she could figure it out, she was a super smart 4 year old. Finally she walked over to our neighbors while I was at work and my ex wife was suppossed to be up with them, the neighbors called me at work. After that I knew I had to find something smarter than my daughter to keep her safe. That's when I found lockly. Now even when we're at someone else's home she doesn't even try for the door because lockly showed her that the door doesn't open for her. I'm so grateful for this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Life saving! I’m a mom of a non verbal special needs child. Safety is a daily challenge for us. I constantly am brainstorming, changing construction in our home, going through every child safety lock imaginable and it has yet to be enough. This lock with the removable thumb turn has truly changed our lives. When back in stock I will be purchasing more for all other entries into our home. It is so much peace of mind to know my son cannot turn a lock or solve a childproof latch and leave our home. I’m beyond grateful for this lock! Thank you LOCKLY!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Why don't make every LOCKLY lock Dementia-Proof? I have autistic child who attemped to run away few times. I purchassed Dementia-Proof Secure Plus lock and installed it on my back door in a minute, bit I've spent hours and a lot of efforts to make my other Vision Elite front door lock 'Dementia-Proof fighting with deadly-pressed in hard metal spacer. Why don't make every LOCKLY lock Dementia-Proof instead of charging extra $20 for small spring and cheap rubber plug?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dementia proof deadbolt My 75 year old husband has dementia. I needed a lock that would keep him from wandering yet allow my grandkids to come and go freely. Since it automatically relocks (and grandkids don’t) it has proved invaluable keeping him contained. I was able to install it myself in about 30 minutes, and using the app to set passwords was a breeze. It has already alleviated so much stress for me. I can now freely go out in the back of the house knowing if a delivery person shows up at the front door, my husband won’t open the door and let the dogs loose. I’m getting a second for the back door as well. He likes to sit outside but I cannot allow him to stay out when it is 100 degrees outside. This lock has been a literal lifesaver.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from LOCKLY fingerprint sensor - never works In all honesty, I would love to give a very positive and good review to LOCKLY but unfortunately I have purchased three different versions of their fingerprint sensors lock and I have yet to have any functioning correctly. I have reached out to Support which has walked me through verifying the firmware was updated and a few troubleshooting steps but we were still not able to get the sensor working. I am willing to update and change my review status, If somehow Lockley can assist me in getting these three door locks working correctly with the fingerprint sensor.

The installation was straightforward, and the app integration makes it so convenient to manage access. What really impressed me is the added safety—knowing that little hands can’t tamper with the lock gives me complete peace of mind. The fingerprint feature works seamlessly, and the build quality feels very secure and durable. Rated 5 out of 5 by from This lock is the easiest setup yet The instructions are extremely clear and we'll written. The integration with the application makes accommodating guests simple and secure. I can identify exactly when and for how long I want a guest to have access with the same ease as I would for any calendar invite. It's as simple as that. The template for a new door confirmed that it fit my older door. My door is thinner than many and that means that many locks cannot fit well without modifications. The lockly lock came with everything I needed for doors thick or thin. It fits perfectly.
