Rated 5 out of 5 by from The DLX 2.0 is an ultra versatile grill This new version has been thoughtfully refined, much more than just the controller. You now have simple/quick full access to the fire pot, an auger access plate and redesigned top exhausts. The controller logic has emptying the auger built into the shutdown process and loads/empties the auger faster then the old version. It seems to get up to temp quicker and recover quicker too. Go from smoking to searing in much less time. The grilling performance is actually hard to beat, with simple searing grate temps easily over 700, up to like 850'ish, great! Glorious low n slow, to epic grilling/searing all in one unit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Great Grill This grill arrived this past Wednesday. Build was about 1 hour or so with two people. This past Sunday, February 27, 2022 was the first cook. Followed the start up process and after 30 minutes let the good smoke roll. Smoked chicken legs using the flex chicken/pepper rack, Prime rib and Country style boneless pork ribs. Used the meater probe on the prime rib and the probe that came with the unit on the ribs. Seared some veggies and let me tell you. The best tasting smoked meat I've ever cooked. Get this grill guys you won't regret it. Not sure what's next but I can't wait and the pellets that come with it were also great. Good smoke and not over powerful.

The charcoal grill was too messy, and we hated replacing the propane in the gas grill. This electric grill ended up being the perfect solution. The quality of the grill is excellent. You can tell it is well made and a sturdy unit. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the grill heats up and cooks the food. You can set the temperature high, and it maintains a steady heat while cooking. The grill is easy to clean and is better than any propane or charcoal grill I owned previously.

So far we've been very pleased - the things we've grilled have been remarkably comparable to our previous gas grill (in the few weeks we've had it, we've grilled chicken, pork chops, and burgers). The build quality seems excellent and the packaging and instructions for assembly were very good. We're still fine-tuning which temperatures to use for different things, but that was an expected part of the learning curve. Additionally, the preheat times are very reasonable; and the clean function seems to work well (and will be something we really appreciate). So, at this point we're very pleased with the purchase.

So I decided that I would give an electric grill a shot. The Edge grill is great. I heats up fast and cook evenly. It is so nice to just plug it in and I am ready to go. I has a good size grilling surface and is super easy to clean. The grill is really well made and has nice shelves on both side to hold plates or utensils while your cooking. I am so happy that I switched and don't have to bother with charcoal or gas anymore. I would recommend this grill if your thinking about going electric.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never used an electric grill until this one and now my family (including my husband who’s a chef) loves it!! First of all we love that it’s electric and creates an even sear. It’s great for temperature control and also this is a perfect grill that can be used in hot dry climates that might have burn bans during warm seasons. No need to worry about sparks igniting a fire in the yard! We love how it evenly grills veggies and proteins and also is a super sleep looking grill. We get lots of compliments on it!

We grill out quite often and found that the overall process is easier with this grill. It has the feel of a traditional grill without the added expense of propane or charcoal. I will say that I found it easier to clean after use without using the self clean feature. Would definitely recommend!!

I love the fact that all I had to do was plug it in and start cooking and I did not have to worry about gas or charcoal. The grill heated to the perfect temperature and did this very quickly, the food cooked so evenly and I actually cooked a steak without the flair ups I get with gas and charcoal. The grease tray makes for a very easy clean up and nothing drips all over my patio. The grill was also very easy to put together and only took us about 30 minutes and it was ready to use. This will be my go to grill from now on, it is awesome.
