If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. There is no base and its only an umbrella in the box. Does it have a post? I better make sure, does it have the frame? If it has both then how much is the base. As its on sale , what was the price previously? These are questions, not a review!

Thanks for your question. That's correct. The box contains the Umbrella, frame, and stand, but does not include a base or support pavers. These are available separately. For previous pricing and base pricing, please contact your local Harvey Norman Furniture team, as this is subject to change. ^CO
