Nice umbrella, but not the strongest looking.
Great service and delivery by Harvey Norman. Excellent umbrella, but it does move around a bit and makes noises even in the very slightest of breezes. I am a bit nervous how it will handle a reasonable wind during summer. It may fail structurally.

The umbrella is perfecf for what we need it for. It was easy to assemble and to put up and down. Only issue was it didn't come with a cover but that was easily rectified.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.
Easy returns
If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. We'll even pay for the postage if you live in an area where there is no store. Our returns policy covers any purchased item ( conditions apply).
- 1 x Umbrella
one of the brackets/arms that enable the umbrella to be stable ine wind has broken. I have released the hinged part of the bracket however i am unable to remove the rest as there are rivitts (not a nut and bolt) to remove. Please advise spare parts

How do the tie downs work

Does the u.brella turn around and if can it be locked at any point or are there fixed turning points
Great question Tony! Yes, we can confirm it is automatically locked in place when assembled, however, it has a pedal at the bottom of the base which needs to be pressed down to allow rotation. Trust this helps! ^CO

Hi unfortunately the part that you use to unfurl the umbrella has snapped off. We have tried to source something that will fit into the hole where the handle goes, but we haven't found anything that fits. Can we get a replacement through yourselves?

Can you order a stainless steel base to be concrete fixed for the Pegasus Outdoor Umbrella
Thanks for your question Chris. Yes, there are 2 fixed base options available to order through the supplier. The GT100132 if you want it permanently in grass, or the GT100133 for deck or concrete slab placement. The main pole should be north or south to utilise swivel. Check with your local store for pricing and ordering times from supplier. ^CO
