Another thing, I only bought the set a year ago and it has a chip (has hardly been used) but also two of the chairs are stained. Any advice on how best to try and clean them?

Hi Robyn, to clean the Textilene fabric on the chairs, mix some water and natural, mild soap. Using a soft brush, apply this soapy mixture and allow it to soak a little into the fabric. After a few minutes, rinse thoroughly again with cool, clean water. You could try adding a small amount of bleach to the soapy water if the staining is extensive. We do recommend covering your outdoor setting to maintain and protect it from the elements when not in use. We trust this helps

I am having trouble extending the table - is it possible to do this on your own. If i try and pull one end the table just moves so it appears that it needs two people to do it??

Hi Robyn, yes you should be able to extend the table by yourself. If it has been a while since the table has been extended and the runners may have become a wee bit stuck, but it is designed for one person to extend. We trust this helps

Hi Our outdoor chairs have some mildew on them. Have tried soapy water but didn’t remove it. They’re about 3 years old and haven’t been covered all the time. Can you please advise what the material is? Do you have any suggestions for removing the mildew?

Hi Tracey. The chairs are made with a Textilene fabric. To clean Textilene fabric, mix some water and natural, mild soap. Hi! We have put the table up last summer. Unfortunately we cannot remember how to extend the table/find the quick release mechanism to open and close this.

Hi Kiwigal. To open the table, pull the table top ends at each end. The extension piece will automatically lift. Push the table top close. To lower the extension piece, pull the table ends out, the extension piece will automatically lower, push the table top pieces together to close. We trust this helps
