Caring for your Setting: To maximise and care for your setting we recommend the Premium Wicker and Alloy furniture care kit. To clean we recommend you use a sponge with warm mild soapy water and rinse off with clean water. Do not use any solvents or harsh cleaners. If it has a glass top use some glass cleaner to remove any dust or grime.

We recommend you store outdoor cushions when not in use in a dry location – do not stack when wet. Always use a high quality furniture cover to protect your Outdoor furniture from the elements. During Winter months or prolonged periods when not in use, your furniture should be stored in a dry well ventilated location

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Self Assembly Nightmare We saw the Jovi 4 piece outdoor lounge setting in the show room and really liked it, so purchased it. And it duly arrived a week later. I consider myself reasonably practical and somewhat intelligent. We knew there would be some "self" assembly, wow did the instructions under estimate how long it would take and how tricky. They state 20 minutes to put each piece together. It literally took hours. So for the final piece: the triple lounger we timed ourselves, as we were now practically experts after putting to gether the table and two single chairs, and it still took two of us 70 minutes. Without blu-tack, tweezers and a lot of ingenuity we didn't loose any screws into the tubular arms, but I'm sure others have. They look great outside and I hope they last, but I feel the assembly could be made easier during the construction process.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Long lasting Have had this outside with no cover for over a year and it still looks brand new. We didn’t find it that hard to assemble and it’s really comfy, have fallen asleep on it several times. The fabric is dark but it doesn’t get that hot. It is easy to wipe if you do happen to spill something on it. Happy with purchase, I looked absolutely everywhere for an outdoor sofa and this is still the best. Fits 6 people and is light if you need to move.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Jovi I saw this in the showroom and purchased it on the condition it came assembled. When delivered it wasnt and the delivery team couldnt work it out. I then had to get the model on display. It looks great but am rather annoyed to find it advertised at $600 cheaper than I purchased it for.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Jovi outdoor furniture I can see why people are saying it’s difficult to assemble, you will want someone handy with tools to help put it together but once assembled is very comfortable and very tidy to look at! Only marked down to 4 stars as we were given 2x bottoms for the couch and no back so took us a while to get that sorted and had us scratching our heads for a while when we were trying to put it together!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So comfortable Only just bought it, ready for summer.prompt delivery, all parts there, well wrapped. Certainly need 2 pairs of hands. You us 2hr to put it all together, needed small drill adjustment for 1 chair (hole didn't match up) but all fixed and quite easy to do..(with 2 people!)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks great Almost didn’t get this after reading other reviews saying it was hard to put together. It was actually pretty easy and didn’t take long. But the quality is great and it is really comfortable. The best part is that you don’t need to oil or stain it. It won’t split in the sun and the cushions are extremely thick and long lasting. We have had it for over a year and it looks brand new

Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store.
