Care For Your Setting
- To care for your Wicker Setting, it is recommended to use the Premium Wicker and Aluminium Furniture care kit.
- Use a sponge with warm mild soapy water and rinse off with clean water. Do not use any solvents or harsh cleaners.
- If it has a glass top, use some glass cleaner to remove any dust or grime.
- Store outdoor cushions when not in use in a dry location. Do not stack when wet.
- Always use a high-quality cover to protect your outdoor furniture from the elements.
- During winter months or prolonged periods when not in use, the furniture should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated location.

Huge disappointment
Lovely setting and very comfortable however after 2 years it is beginning to deteriorate. Our setting has been in dry cover and not exposed to the elements and we have noticed the cane is very brittle and breaking apart. Extremely disappointed as we paid a lot for this and would have expected it to last longer than it has. Cushions are in mint condition but sadly won’t have a setting to hold them up. Would not recommend anyone purchasing this and note other customers have had same issue.

Practical
Brought this same setting 2 years ago, after 12 months noticed some of the strands were starting to crack now after 2 years they are breaking and very brittle. Setting has been under cover with no water or wind on it, only sunshine so we might be lucky to get one more year before it all falls apart. Nice to sit in lovely colour and practical but as for the materials used it not good.

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. Do the cushions come with this set
Hi JKay, thanks for a great question. Yes, the set includes seat cushions, and back cushions. The smaller striped and beige cushion, pictured toward the front, are not part of the set and are excluded. Hope this helps.
