Rated 4 out of 5 by from Exceeded my expectations! ☺️ I got the Dyson Airstrait Amber Silk for Christmas, I really love it, far better than I expected, I can dry/straighten my hair in 15 mins, I feel like my hair lasts longer between washes and looks in better condition! I have only been using it for a few weeks and can already see the difference! The only negative is that it is quite slippery to hold, I have almost dropped it a couple of times which is quite scary as I am sure it would break if I dropped it! I think if it was high gloss like my Dyson nickel/copper Air Wrap it would be a much better grip, easier to hold and wouldn’t slip, this is the reason I have given it 4 stars and not 5!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent performance and innovative technology! I bought the Dyson Airstrait a few weeks ago and I am honestly impressed. The design is sleek and premium, and the technology behind it really works. It dries and straightens my hair at the same time without excessive heat, which makes a huge difference for hair health. The performance is excellent — my hair is smooth, shiny and looks professionally styled in much less time. Very easy to use, highly functional, and surprisingly versatile for different hair types. Expensive, but absolutely worth it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from sadly this is not as advertised took me an hour to dry my thick wavy hair in tiny sections. to blowdry roots was not very powerful then had to pass over each piece around 6 times to dry and still didn’t feel fully dry. also cannot do a bouncy blowdry as pictured - if you try to curl end pieces air blows wrong way and mats it. i really wanted to love this but was disappointed so am awaiting my refund

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Difficult to master I've been wanting this for ages to save time by drying and straightening my hair at the same time and less heat damage. It's quite hard to use to get a sleek finish without fly aways on my medium length hair and I can't do it without my hair flicking out. You have to be quite skilled to get your hair styled right with this and I am not skilled. It would be good on really thick and long hair but not for you average hair like mine. Really disappointed as it's a huge cost for a hair product.

I have always struggled on wash day as I have thick, curly hair I always found it to be a chore to blow dry then straighten my hair - sometimes it would take me 2 hours! Now I look forward to wash day and doing my hair as the Dyson only takes me 30mins to get my hair from wet to straight. I haven’t picked up my hair straightener or hair dryer since purchasing the airstrait, I would highly recommend it!!

When you use the wet to dry option you do need to run it over your hair a little slower, but it left my hair feeling soft and stayed straight for days. I’m glad I invested in this product and my hair dryer will no longer be necessary now that I have this item. Definitely worth it!

I know it sounds dramatic but as a girl with extremely thick hair I’ve spent many years either going to bed with wet hair or spending a good hour an and a half drying and straightening my hair ! This Christmas my boys bought me the Dyson air straight and It might be the best gift I’ve ever received!!! Today I timed myself , 13 minutes- that’s all it took to get dry , straight hair 13 MINUTES Whoever designed this product needs a raise its my new favourite gadget and I’m not sure now I’ve had it I’ll ever be able to live without it

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Love this. My hair is naturally curly and takes such a long time to dry and then straighten. The airstrait has cut the time down drastically. I section hair into manageable parts. Pass the airstrait 3 times and my hair is left dry and straight. It doesn't take any longer that doing it on dry setting. The temperature can be set high or low, there is a boost setting for more coarse hair. You can use setting for wet or dry hair It doesn't damage like the normal hair straighteners. My hair is left shiny. It stays straight for several days.
