I just have it on a dining chair in a convenient spot, and when my arthritic back groans I sit in it for a back massage for 10 minutes. The relief is almost instant as the tightness eases. Thank you, it is exactly what I wanted. And it was delivered promptly!

I have another homedics massage seat and all it does is vibrate which is what I want but a newer version. Am I able to get one like that and send the one I got back and get refunded the difference or make up the difference for one like that?

As I am quite thin and bony I put my gym mat over it to give me an extra layer. It is a really good buy for the price in my opinion.
