Rated 4 out of 5 by from overall the brush is good, but with caveat. Initially I was over the moon with this brush but I had an incident which somewhat sullied my initial enjoyment. I was brushing with it and one of the bristle groups fell apart leaving a bunch of loose bristles in my mouth, which was unpleasant. I spit them out and found a few more loose bristles over the next few days, but no more bristle groups fell apart after that. I continue to enjoy the brush and would recomend it to others.

Our dental hygienist is so impressed with the results, she felt we weren’t getting our money’s worth in our regular teeth cleanings! The small brush head gets into small spaces and cleans so well. Also love the features on our Philips - just sorry we waited so long to try it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great brush head. Reaches all parts. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned my Philips Sonicare toothbrush for a few years now and love it. The Sonicare C2 Optimal Plaque Defence brush head is a great brush head for it. It reaches easily to all parts of the mouth and really cleans deeply in between each tooth. My teeth feel dentist-clean after brushing, it really has made a difference to my plaque build up and I like the fact that it has medium bristles. The click on attachment means that changing the brush head is no issue. All in all, this is a fantastic brush head to use with your Sonicare toothbrush.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with these brush heads. Bristles come out in my mouth while I am brushing my teeth. Nearly a third of the bristles came out of the last brush head at the same time. It is not a pleasant experience to have a mouthful of bristles. For how expensive they are I expected much better quality.
