Rated 3 out of 5 by from Poor battery life (Potentially faulty?) In terms of aesthetics the design is nice fairly light weight and slim so comfortable to hold. Unfortunately the battery life is very poor and has needed charging overnight to only hold up for 3 days which is disappointing, also there seems to be no pressure sensor and the brush has made my gums bleed several times which hasn’t been an issue with my previous brushes. I was considering the diamond clean model but seems a risk after the experience with the 3100. This being said my previous Phillips toothbrush served me very well and lasted years! So they can be reliable… Maybe I got a faulty unit but I have seen similar reviews.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really Works [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used electric toothbrushes in the past and to be honest none really did what they claimed they could do, 6es they could give your teeth a bit of a clean but they couldn't help with plaque build up. My old toothbrush broke do I decided to buy a new one and cane across the Sonicare 3100 and I'm really glad I did ,it's the best electric toothbrush I've used it really works, it's helped me feel like my teeth gave been professionally cleaned it helps remove plaque and it also tells you if you are brushing too hard which is a nice feature. I love my brush and won't use my other from no on.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed I have always had & recommended,as a dental hygienist, the easy care but as this is no longer available I chose the 3100.I find it's difficult to compare models on power alone & this feels underpowered. The handle is slimmer & has no ridges to aid with grip, which does become difficult when it becomes wet especially with foam from the toothpaste.I find I need to charge it more often than weekly as it starts to slow.I'm not keen on the USB charger as I can't charge in the bathroom so I will buy an adapter but they are out of stock on your website I presume because many people feel the same way about charging. Overall I am disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good quality [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toothbrush is a great upgrade from using a manual toothbrush. My teeth felt squeaky clean from the first use and it lasts all day. It's a smart looking brush and is really quiet. The battery lasted nearly two weeks before needing to recharge it. What I really liked was the usb charger instead of a two prong plug, this made it much more convenient, especially on holiday where there wasn't a plug option in the bathroom.

I moved over from a manual toothbrush and I would never go back. I have had it a couple of weeks, use it daily abs have not had to charge it yet. I live the 2 minute timer as you know to keep brushing. The sea sir system is cool when you start to brush your gums. My mouth feels like I’ve just visited the dentist for a clean. I will never never never go back. This is a fabulous product. It’s feels neither heavy or light, just the right weight.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sonicare is so much better than circular brushes I have recently bought myself and my wife new philips sonicare brushes to replace the ones we had been using for many years. They are quite simply the best electric brushes on the market. Each bristle vibrates, with individual bristle getting into all the nooks and crannies and between every tooth. Compared to circular brushes which scrub the surface without touching the cavities between teeth, the philips toothbrushes are far better. More effective at cleaning and removing both food waste and plaque. Excellent product. So good, that after using them for many years, have just bought the same product again. I couldn't better it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good brush poor battery life I have used Philips in the past, but swapped to oral B for a while, but the smaller head of the Philips brushes suit my small mouth better. Philips brushes also seem gentler on my gums too. My only complaint is the battery life which is only around 1 week - pretty appalling really. My previous Philips lasted 3 weeks. I have noticed that the brush handle is smaller than my old Philips so can only assume that smaller handle equates to a smaller battery. I think that is a mistake Philips and this is something you should look in to

With the help of a toothbrush you can clean and whiten your teeth, as well as take care of the gums and remove bacteria from the tongue. The Philips brush will make sure that the washing is carried out properly and that it brings the expected results. I am very pleased and recommend it. You can see the effects after a week.
