Rated 3 out of 5 by from Uneven cutting This was bought as a replacement for a discontinued adjustable Philips trimmer (which I loved). I have used this new trimmer for 2 months. Very disappointed. I had issues with the adjustable attachment that combs through your beard - the tines on the attachment are quite thick and set too far apart, so it does not efficiently lift the beard hairs. In addition, the attachment tines do not completely wrap over the steel blades (there is a gap, see attached photo) - it did a messy job of trimming above my lips, which is a very uneven area. It is also a messy shaver in that hairs cling to the entire trimmer body. Blowing hair off the trimmer head is not enough.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great beardtrimmer! I received a free sample of the Norelco Beardtrimmer 3000. What I really liked about it was how close of a trim it provides. I have had other beard trimmers that don`t get as close to my skin. I also like the form and feel of the device itself. It fit in my hand nicely and comfortably. I`ve had other beardtrimmers that seem very small in my hand, and almost slippery. This one felt more durable, and the texture of the plastic used for the body of the device provided more grip. For example, I used the Norelco Beardtrimmer after getting out of the shower, and even with wet hands, I was able to use it accurately. Overall, I think it is a great product!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I regret my purchase I bought it specifically for the adjustable length setting and as an all-over body groomer. Without the plastic guard on, this thing will give you nicks and cuts constantly with no pressure at all. I'm not even talking about tricky areas between your legs. I use it trim my underarm hair and surrounding area - even on skin as smooth as your arms it's slicing me to pieces - I don't even want to tell you how bad doing the other areas was... It happens constantly to the point I had to stop using this product and wish I could get my money back. The blade needs to be moved back just a little bit, ~0.2mm and you'd have the perfect groomer. Otherwise, I can't stand the cuts anymore.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use, lightweight, and effective. I received this beard trimmer to review so I am going to give my comment. Overall I really liked it. It was lightweight without feeling cheep. The the plastic is smooth and easy to hold on to. I really like how you change the different levels with dial. It's clearly marked so it is easy to make sure you are on the right one. The blade didn't tug on my beard or get stuck. The guard was easy to remove and rinse off. It seems like a simple, but good quality product. I actually like it better than the one i have it. It big enough but also light so it would be easier to travel with. Also it isn't as loud as the one I have which is nice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great! I received a free Norelco Beardtrimmer 3000 in the mail, and I have to say, this thing is awesome! Overall, I love the design and functionality of the trimmer. This product has a feature that allows you to change the length of the trim, which I find very handy. I think the best thing about this product is how well it cuts, so you can get a very quick and precise trim easily. Compared to what I had before, this is much more powerful in terms of cutting power. Also, the fact that it's cordless and charged by AC adapter is very convenient. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a good beard trimmer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use. Cuts well and gives a good stubble on the lowest setting. It does have a bit of a wide head which can make it difficult to use effectively for the upper lip or for precision grooming, but the that isn't it's main purpose. I did accidently turn it off while shaving due to my hand position, which did cause some discomfort due to snagging! Only one hour for a full charge. I have been using 2-3 times a week for the past 2 months and the battery is still going strong. Overall, a better replacement for my previous Philips beard trimmer which lost all battery capacity after 5 years - hopefully this will last even longer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As any man with a beard, the first thing I did was take the instructions out of the box and throw them away! Luckily this trimmer is so intuitive that I never needed them. I was incredibly impressed with how fast the motor runs and as such the blades are a blur (certainly not my experience with other trimmers). It is also amazingly ergonomic and light which makes for a really useful tool when you’re chasing the direction of growth of your beard (mine wanders all over the place). I really only have great things to say about this trimmer other than 2 small issues (see these in the cons below).

It is so effective and is able to trim larger beards with easy. I found that this is better than my Gillette beard trimmer too. This is that good it could probably shave your head. When using it I found I didn't have to re do as many attempts over previous areas shaved like other trimmers. 10/10 amazing item
