Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great sound BUT....... I many Sonos pieces and all my integration seemed flawless. I am technically very confident, however when pairing the ARC with brand new Samsung 75" Frame TV. Well very intermittent, when the tv is first turned on. The sound cuts in and out, 5 sec on and about 1 sec off. So far my only fix is: unplugging the ARC power and plugging it back in, then it's normal. Sonos points to Samsung, Samsung points to Sonos. Really! this is not rocket science. Stop working on the next gen product and fix what's out there! Potential buyers, read the reviews. They have worth, it's not a bad product, just poorly supported.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sound is great but functionality suffers greatly. I purchased the arc with a sub for our family's main living room space. While the sound is great for music, functionally it does not work well with my TV and cable remote. You have to be almost within 6 feet and directly in front of the arc at the same level to adjust the volume. (Basically stand up and point it at the arc) Sure I can use the app but who wants to use their phone to simply turn up the volume on the game. The arc also has to be wall mounted or placed on the mantel which leaves wires exposed. Previous sound bars I've had were able to mount to TV wall mount. For this price point, I would expect a better IR senor for universal remotes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unbelievable This bar is astounding. Our dog frequently looks behind us while we are watching because the sound jumps around the roof so much. Highly recommend! The only downside so far is when we connect both bars to play music around the house. It works great until we want to change the volume. The Sonos app sits in the background compared to Norma phone volume or Spotify. If you hit volume up while not in the Sonos app, and then open Spotify, the volume jumps wayyyyy up for about 5 seconds before it corrects. It's frustrating because the Sonos app doesn't do everything we can do in Spotify, so we have to toggle back and forth and this can lead to the volume issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well worth the money! Total game changer for TV sound. Far and above any other I've had or tried. The clarity and depth of sound is amazing. We bought one for our living room after doing a lot of research, thinking we'd but the subwoofer later but now don't think we'll even need that. The bass from the Arc is outstanding. The biggest difference to me is the center channel for dialog. Our old soundbar at times had trouble with clearly hearing the dialog in movies and shows. The Sonos Arc has no problem with dialog and is simply the best out there. My wife was questioning the purchase until we watched our first Dolby movie and she's now a huge fan too.

Not worth the investment My Arc since taking it out of the box constantly drops the WiFi connection and disconnects from the app. Further more the hard wire eArc connection to my brand new Sony tv consistently drops the sound connection and the sound of the tv goes out while watching. Nothing works correctly with the device. Not at all worth the money. I have wasted more of my time trying to get it to work when it should be simple. I could have bought 5 Arcs with the amount of time I have spent. Supports answer is to reach out to my WiFi router company and to Sony to see what the issue is. Not helpful

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The sound delay makes tv unwatchable Moved into a new house, and had 2 new premium tvs installed. Got one Sonos arc, and one Samsung soundbar. Speakers like these always provide more sound and volume than you'll likely ever need. The problem is the delay between the video and audio. The Samsung soundbar works great, synced with the dialogue on screen - no issues. The Sonos Arc ALWAYS has a sound lag of varying degrees. There are even settings for trying to address this in the Sonos Arc, but they just don't work. Wish I just gone with the tv brand sound bar instead.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Sound Bar Bought my Arc in May. Gotta say I love it. Easy to use, easy to set up, and sounds great. I am looking forward to adding a sub and satellites in the future. One issue is that it completely failed about two weeks ago (writing this 7/27/21). Had a great party to watch UFC 264 and everything was awesome. Woke up next day and nothing, no sound, no power, just completely dead. The good news is I called customer support and they logged the problem and set me up to receive a replacement. Received the new unit in less than two weeks, and I am up and running again. As long as this is the only bump in the road, I will whole heartedly recommend this product to everyone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hype - but no substance I wanted to be objective having read the hype. The fact is, a soundbar will never sound as good as separates and even if I took that into account - I was still disappointed. Setup was fairly easy, but being an Android house I was disappointed I couldn't use TruePlay. I finally was able to use someones iPad to try that - and it didn't make much of a difference. The speaker is packaged well, looks great - but sounds like you are listening through a cardboard tube - esp spotify. I really wanted this to work seeing how people rave about it - but unless I had a dud - the sound quality did not justify the price, so it went back.
