I have checked with retailer and another radio thee same, was the same. Tried to buy different earphones from another retailer, same result.

Thanks for your question. This product has an aux connection for input sound to broadcast only, and is mainly used as an AM/FM radio. It does not have a headphone jack, nor Bluetooth features, and will not be headphone compatible. Trust this helps!
