My new wall bracket doesn’t want to tilt up or down. What am I doing wrong

Thanks for your question Mohaka. This appears to tilt from the TV connection side, not from the wall bracket side. Sanus have a video showcasing this on the product page for this mode. If this issue persists, please contact your local store and the AV team can look into it with you. ^CO
