I needed a good, simple tv fii of r my elderly parents bedroom. This is great. Good picture, sound and reasonably simple remote.

Has (almost) everything needed in a tv
Nice looking tv with pretty much all the functionality I need. Was relatively easy to set up and pair with devices. I am no tv buff so quality and sound is good for my use. The only issue I have had is that sometimes it is difficult to pause when streaming. Pressing the centre ball typically pauses but sometimes it doesn't and takes me too a different function and then I scramble to pause or turn the volume down. Not sure why it glitches like that, the centre button when streaming should pause and play. Frustrates me which is why I took a star off as I pause a lot it seems (never realised until I now have trouble doing it). There is no mute button either but holding volume button down decreases the sound quickly. I would rather pause than mute because I mostly stream shows. The streamlined remote is nice but adding a play/pause button would be super helpful and save me a lot of frustration.

Hisense 32 inch TV - a solid performer
I bought this Hisense 32 inch TV as a 2nd TV in my home. Its main purpose is for my kids to use. Overall it is a good, light TV with quick response times, but is a bit smaller than I thought.
