Rated 4 out of 5 by from Remote Bought a few days ago. Would have given 5 stars except for the horrible Magic Remote Control. Can't change channels unless scrolling through them all. Difficult to mute sound. Have to move a cursor to click onto apps or adjust features such as sound. Paid $49 for a universal remote that allows you to change channels by clicking on a number and select app and adjust features by clicking on. Magic Remote might suit some, but not everybody. Try it out when choosing to buy the TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best overall technical features. I bought this about a week ago to replace an OLED Panasonic that developed a panel fault after 5 years. This LG was the closest replacement spec but is more advanced technically. Being a techie nerd I'm absolutely impressed. Visually the pictures are stunning and sharp. I would recommend also purchasing the LG soundbar - but in my case it was not necessary as I have a Sony 7.2 home entertainment system connected to this LG TV. A very special thanks to the Harvey Norman team at the Rangitikei St Palmerston Branch. I had originally purchased my old Panasonic from them and although out of warranty they without any pushback gave me full credit toward purchasing a new TV. Their service was both prompt and satisfying and from the outset they wanted to put this right. The store deputy manager and shop assistant Ash were great - thankyou.
