PERFECT for all the family!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was initially skeptical about this TV but I’m so glad I got it! The picture quality is superb. It was super easy to get connected it’s slim build ment it was easy to have it near on flush to the wall. The features have setting such as film/director mode which really brings out the colour and sound quality as if you were at a cinema. The navigation is so easy to use. The voice control is absolutely perfect for my little ones, they love to ask the remote controll for their favourite shows. Which I think is fab as they cannot read so can’t type. Overall a great purchase and we’re all very happy.

Great Quality Viewing

Easy to set up and connect with the latest AI technology via the remote control features. The sound quality is rich and gives an acoustic feel making my overall viewing experience much more enjoyable. A sleek modern design that gives my home a cinematic viewing experience when watching movies and is energy efficient. Also, the gaming experience for next-generation consoles is almost life-like and creates an almost realistic and engaging experience.

Outstanding picture and sound quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is quite simply the best television I’ve ever had or seen! It is perfect. We chose a 65” one which was the right size for our room. It’s so simple to set up and the instructions are clear. It’s very heavy though so it will take two people to lift it up to get the stand fixed on. Once ready it was so easy to connect. There’s a very good walk through so you just follow that and then you’re good to go. The remote is great, simple and very receptive. Most importantly for a TV, the sound and picture quality is 10/10. Simply incredible. It’s transformed our TV viewing, it’s like being at the cinema.

a big upgrade without being overly complicated
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG 65” QNED evo AI QNED86 has really impressed me. The sound and picture quality is stunning—bright, sharp, and colours look very natural. The MiniLED makes a big difference, especially for darker scenes. The interface is smooth and easy to use, with plenty of apps and features built in. I especially like the AI voice search—it’s quick and makes finding apps or shows effortless. My kids also love playing games on it through Luna and Prime Games, which run really smoothly.
Setup was quick, the menus are easy to use, and it looks great in the living room. Definitely glad I went with this model.

Mini Edge LED lighting! with terrible light bleed
Bought two of these TVs during the Boxing Day sales — great price, easy to unpack and set up, and the picture looks good during daytime viewing.
However, at night or when watching movies with black bars, the limitations become obvious. This definitely isn’t mini‑LED like some other brands; it uses edge‑lit LEDs in six distinct bands. There’s noticeable light bleed around the edges, which is really distracting and feels like something you’d expect from a TV a decade ago, not in 2025.
Pretty disappointed overall. They technically work “as normal”, so returning them isn’t an option, but it’s definitely something you only pick up once you see it in person.

Great but not quite stellar
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The addition of mini LEDs to the QNED technology has certainly created an impressive display with deep blacks. In fact the whole picture engine is arguably now one of the best non OLED sets available at a great price!
The home screen is adequate and can be semi- tailored to personal preferences. Although having a mix of short cuts between satellite and terrestrial channels seems to be still unachievable.
However the most disappointing absence from the software is a catch-up EPG. With this addiction and possibly making the fixed shortcuts, on the remote, user programmable I would have given it 5 stars.

Terrible sound quality
This is the fourth 65" tv we have brought over the years. First being a LG I am genuinely shocked at how distorted the sound is. It is the first ever time we have had to purchase a sound bar. We didn't factor this into our budget when buying the tv. You can barely make out the words being said on all tv and movies. It's incredibly muffled. Even when the tv is loud you can't hear clearly. We have had to watch with subtitles to make out conversations. The TV has an AI feature that is supposed to adapt the sound to your room. Our experience is that this results in even less quality sound. It's incredibly echoy and sounds like a tv you'd watch in a cheap hotel room.

I’ve been really impressed with this TV. The picture quality is amazing — super sharp with rich colors, and the AI-enhanced sound actually surprised me (didn’t expect it to sound that good without a soundbar).
It feels really sturdy on the stand, not wobbly at all, and everything about it is just easy to use. The menus are quick, streaming apps run smoothly, and setup was a breeze.
I’ve always trusted LG for TVs, and this one definitely lives up to the name. Just a solid, reliable, great-looking TV all around.
