Great art piece and a big improvement over the previous Frame. Installation was straightforward—nice that it only requires power. The connection box worked as advertised, wirelessly. The picture quality is excellent—possibly the best feature. I wish they made more matte TVs.
This unit was installed in the office, primarily for art viewing and as a display for PC screen extension. It works perfectly for that purpose. The matte display is wonderful, and display quality is very high.
One issue we keep encountering, though, is that it seems to hang after a few days of use and requires a power cycle (unplugging and plugging it back in), which is pretty annoying. This seems to be a common issue with the Frame series. We got tired of reaching behind to unplug it, so we added a wireless power switch to cycle the power when it starts acting up. Basically, it slows down so much that it becomes almost unresponsive until it's power cycled.
Other than that, everything else is great. It's a wonderful TV and display. We're looking to get a few more for different offices.

Next Gen Frame TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the new Samsung Frame Pro TV for a bedroom TV, and I so far it has exceeded my expectations. I had last year’s Frame in another room and my wife really liked the look of the TV in Art Mode. I wanted something similar for the bedroom, but I also wanted something with a great picture. The addition of the Neo QLED technology is a worthy upgrade to the TV picture, providing better dimming and greater overall brightness. I’m impressed with the improvements.
The addition of the Wireless One Connect Box adds to some flexibility and eliminates the need for messy cables, which enhances the sleek, gallery-like aesthetic. You do still need to have a power cord to the TV. The increased refresh rate is also great for gaming. I also like the fact that game pass is built in, making it a great way to play a few quick games.
So far, I’m impressed with the Frame Pro. We enjoyed our original Frame TV, but the Pro version is a worthy successor and I’m really enjoying watching movies on this TV. It is worth the upgrade from the previous version. It is highly recommended for new Frame owners as well as those looking to upgrade for a bump in picture quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the Samsung Frame Pro 85” for a little while now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made for my space.
The design is a huge standout — it really does look like a piece of art on the wall. The matte finish is no joke; people actually think it’s a framed print until it turns on. The bezels are swappable, and I went with [insert your bezel color here if you want] to match the room — looks amazing.
Picture quality is bright, sharp, and vivid. I’ve been watching in all kinds of lighting and it holds up beautifully. Movies, sports, and streaming content all look super clean — and the colors pop in the best way.
Sound-wise, I didn’t even rush to buy a soundbar. The built-in Dolby Atmos and Object Tracking Sound do a great job on their own, and the TV easily fills the room.
Setup was simple with the One Connect box — everything stays clean and wireless-looking. It’s just one cable to the wall, and that alone makes it feel way more premium.
I honestly have no complaints so far. It’s stylish, powerful, and has completely changed the look and feel of my living room.
Highly recommend if you want a statement piece that’s also a top-tier TV.

The ultimate wall decor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am seriously blown away by the Samsung 65" The Frame Pro! The 65-inch size is just right for our room. The picture quality is incredible; It's the best I've ever seen. The colors are so rich and really pop. But the real magic happens in Art Mode; it has completely transformed the feel of our living room. It looks like we have a beautiful piece of art hanging on the wall when the TV is off. We’re even considering getting the gold frame to enhance the "gallery-like" appearance.
One of the coolest features is that you can make the background of the virtual tv art match your wall color, which helps it blend in seamlessly. It pairs wonderfully with our Samsung soundbar as well; They are a perfect match.
Setting it up was a breeze. It literally took just a couple of minutes. There were no complicated password entries or emails required. We just scanned some QR codes on our phones. It's so much quicker than anything I've used before, and the menus/format of the apps look great. Plus, the remote charges using sunlight! How cool is that? If you're looking for a TV with amazing picture quality that also looks stunning when it's off, you absolutely need to check out The Frame Pro. We’re obsessed!

Excellent office monitor with a bonus Art Frame!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been intrigued by the Frame TV for a while now, and this was the perfect opportunity to try one out. I have been wanting to install a TV/monitor in my office but was always hesitant since most TVs are glossy. I saw this one was matte and wireless for connectivity—perfect fit!
The first thing to do was install the wall mount. It was a simple mount, but I wish it was one piece instead of two separate pieces. Getting everything leveled was a bit more of a pain. Also, the mount on the TV is held by a single screw on each side. The TV is very close to a flush mount without needing a recessed wall. It does look very impressive.
First impression: Wow! The image is great, and I love the matte finish. No issues whatsoever with glare. And the art mode looks very good—it fooled a few people into thinking I hung a large art frame. The use as a monitor extension is also great. It works wonders for sharing a screen without people trying to peek at your PC display.
I have not watched any movies yet, but I assume the image will also be great. Since the TV is very thin, the audio is somewhat lacking.
I had several people ask what kind of TV it was, and they were very interested in acquiring one. Overall, it's a great product, and I may be shopping for another one to hang in the house.

Samsung Perfects the Frame TV

I have been wanting to buy one for a while and finally had an opportunity to own a Frame TV. Samsung has been working on this model and perfecting it year by year. This year Samsung has made a number of improvements to the picture quality as well as offered a Wireless Connect box.
I am so glad my TV came with the legs as I may at some point want it to sit on a stand in our bedroom, however this TV shines when it is wall mounted. You also have a few options to change your bezels which are sold separately.
I was able to set up my TV easily with SmartThings app. Once the TV is connected, I went straight to the Art Store and set up the display. I was really amazed how the art looks simply life like on my wall. Thanks to the matte screen the art and paintings come to life.
I also like all the smart options this TV offers, with its Smart Hub I can view and control all my Samsung connected devices, so when my Samsung washing machine is done with a cycle, a nice reminder pops up on the TV.
I have not tried all the AI features yet, but this TV seems to be pretty snappy and performs well under Tizen OS.
Picture quality and sound are also great, thanks to NEO QLED tech.
Overall, I am very impressed with this Pro version of the Frame and will be exploring more features as I play with this set.

A Beautiful Work of Art!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am super excited and pleased with Samsung’s new 2025 Frame Pro Television! We replaced our older Samsung TV over our fireplace with the new 65” model. My first reaction is one of astonishment over how close this TV sets to the wall. With only 3mm separating it and the wall, it truly looks like a piece of art!
We had our TV installed by a professional as the the recessed electrical outlet needed to be relocated to permit the Samsung bracket to be installed in a specific location. Once the brackets were installed, hanging the TV was a breeze. Once hung, the only other setup item was connecting the One Connect Box. Setup using the SmartThings app was very straight forward and easy. I was a bit hesitant about having a wireless connect box, but after several days of usage, there has been no connection or latency issues. This box is a game changer! All inputs plug directly into the One Connect Box, and it is transmitted directly to the TV!
We are still getting used to the Samsung Interface for our programming, but so far, we haven’t experienced any issues. One of our favorite features is the Anti-Reflection Matte Display. We have large picture windows in our family room, and the glare has been minimized substantially. We use the Frame in Art Mode quite a bit, and the matte finish makes painting look very realistic!
I highly recommend this product to those that are looking for a TV that doubles as an art gallery! Well done Samsung!

So much more than a TV!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having owned an earlier version of the Samsung Frame, I was excited to upgrade and I was not disappointed. The Samsung Frame pro’s matte screen makes a big difference in reducing glare when watching, as well as making the artwork appear more realistic above my fireplace. I also love the wireless control box, offering easy connections for my Blu-ray and Bose system without the need to try and run delicate wires between the box and screen. In Terms of picture, the blacks are stunning and the colors vivid- a major enhancement from my precious model. The picture is bright and clear, and I appreciate how the tv self adjusts when the light conditions change with the new Ai features. The welcome screen made setup a breeze, including easily connecting my Samsung Blu-ray player and Bose speaker system automatically without having to enter any codes or manipulate the various remotes to synch. In terms of the remote, I like the thinner design, integrated natural light battery recharging and intuitive feature buttons. I love the art feature which makes the tv part of the room decor when not being used. Family and friends have already commented how beautiful it looks in the room! The tv itself is sleek in design and the thin trim enhances it’s elegance in my family room. Overall I continue to be extremely pleased with the Samsung Frame series and am very impressed with the myriad of enhancements offered that clearly took into account past owner feedback.

Excellent, but not quite perfect
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its main function as a TV is generally superb. The picture quality is great and I particularly like the excellent anti-reflective coating. My previous Samsung TV was almost unwatchable in bright sunlight because the reflections were so bad. The slim profile makes it less obtrusive than many similar sized TVs, and the art mode is a nice touch. People have genuinely thought it was a picture when in art mode.
The built in speakers are better than I expected, having read reviews of other The Frame TVs. It's also nice to be able to attach multiple bluetooth headphones simultaneously when more than one person wants to listen without disturbing others.
The wireless One Connect box doesn't live up to the range claims. I have it only about 4 metres away from the TV with clear line of sight and it often complains about a poor connection).
The SmartThings app for Android leaves a little to be desired, as it asks me to log in virtually every time I use it, which is incredibly annoying.
Responses to button presses can be a bit laggy, which just shouldn't happen on a high end TV, and documentation of how to do things like soft reset (hold down the power) or kill an app (hold down the back button) seems lacking and can take time to figure out. These things could be made menu options within the OS rather than just magic button presses.
On balance, I'm very happy with my purchase despite the few issues. If those could be fixed in a future version (or even by firmware update), it would transform a great product into a fantastic one.

In Love with the Matte Display & Art Mode
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been living with The Frame Pro TV for a bit now, and it's genuinely impressive. The panel quality is absolutely stunning, especially with the Neo QLED technology – colors are vibrant, and the brightness is fantastic. What I particularly love is the matte finish; it does an incredible job minimizing glare and makes a huge difference, whether I'm watching a movie or displaying art. It truly gives a realistic, museum-like quality to the images when in Art Mode.
Beyond the picture, the TV is impressively fast and responsive, navigating through menus and apps is a breeze, and it's packed with useful features. The "Art Mode" itself is a fantastic concept, and having the TV blend into the decor as a piece of art when it's off is a game-changer for the room's aesthetics. The design, with its slim frame and the clean look provided by the One Connect box, is also a major plus.
However, a couple of things could be better. While the Art Store offers a vast collection, I'm not thrilled about the idea of another subscription service to fully utilize a key feature. It would be great if more free options were available or if the subscription felt like it offered more unique value. Also, I found the wall-mounting process to be fairly complicated.
Despite these minor points, the overall performance and aesthetic of The Frame Pro are exceptional. If you're looking for a TV that's both a high-performance screen and a beautiful design object, this is definitely one to consider, just be prepared for a bit of a project with the wall mounting and to consider the Art Store subscription.

2025 Samsung Frame Pro: Where Art, AI, and Inn
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 2025 Samsung Frame TV — now also known as the Frame Pro — is without a doubt the best version yet, blending innovation, design, and performance into a truly standout product. One of the most exciting upgrades this year is the new wireless One Connect Box, which allows for virtually cable-free installation without sacrificing picture quality or performance. The wireless connection supports up to 4K at 120Hz with near-zero latency, making the setup incredibly clean — just a single slim power cable to the wall. It completely preserves the minimalist, gallery-style presentation that makes the Frame so iconic.
Setup was surprisingly easy as well. I handled the installation and setup myself, following the directions, syncing the TV to the SmartThings app, and getting everything connected without any issues. One thing I really appreciated was how Samsung made the setup process feel almost like replacing an iPhone — I was able to back up my previous Frame TV settings and quickly apply them to the new model. This saved me from having to manually re-enter all my apps, Wi-Fi information, and custom settings. It was smooth, intuitive, and made the transition effortless.
Another major improvement is the move to a full LED-lit panel instead of the older edge-lit technology. This change makes the picture far more uniform, vibrant, and viewable even in bright rooms. Combined with the improved Matte Display coating, the Frame looks even more like real art under any lighting condition. Samsung also slimmed down the TV even further to under an inch thick when mounted, making it almost flush with the wall. With the new optional premium metal bezels, the Frame now truly passes as high-end framed artwork.
Performance-wise, the Frame Pro doesn’t just rely on hardware upgrades — Samsung’s new AI engine also plays a big role. Although I’m still exploring all the AI features, it’s clear that the TV uses AI Upscaling Pro and AI Picture Pro to make regular content look sharper, more detailed, and better balanced across different types of scenes. Even older shows and movies feel refreshed with noticeably improved clarity and vibrancy. It’s exciting to know the TV is learning and adjusting in real time to optimize what I’m watching.
Gaming has also been a fantastic experience. I connected my PlayStation 5 to the Frame and was blown away by the responsiveness and visual clarity. The 120Hz refresh rate combined with the low input lag makes gaming feel incredibly smooth, and the upgraded panel brings out stunning details in every scene. Honestly, it’s such a game-changer that it almost makes me want to upgrade to the rumored PS5 Pro just to see how much more the Frame could handle — it’s that good.
Samsung also kept the solar-powered remote, now redesigned to be lighter and more ergonomic. Art Mode 2.0 has been noticeably improved with smarter ambient light adjustments and a much better motion sensor, which turns the display off when no one’s around to conserve energy. Plus, the Art Store now offers more free curated collections, rotating based on seasons and moods.
For audio, pairing the Frame Pro with Samsung’s new Q990F soundbar transforms the experience into a full home theater extravaganza. Thanks to Q-Symphony, the Frame TV’s built-in speakers and the Q990F soundbar actually work together, creating a much larger and more immersive soundstage. It doesn’t just sound louder — it sounds fuller, more dimensional, and perfectly synced across the entire room. With Dolby Atmos passthrough support now built into the Frame, and Q-Symphony enabled, the Q990F delivers a true cinematic experience with deep bass, crystal-clear dialogue, and incredible surround effects that make every scene feel like you’re right in the middle of the action.
Overall, Samsung listened carefully to user feedback with the 2025 Frame Pro. Between the wireless installation, LED lighting improvements, better energy efficiency, AI-powered picture and sound enhancements, Dolby Atmos support, flawless gaming, upgraded Art Mode, Q-Symphony integration, and the movie-theater-quality experience when paired with the Q990F, this setup is as much a technological marvel as it is a piece of art.
