An amazing television[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The clarity and sharpness were the first things I noticed about this display. The second things my attention were drawn to were the high color saturation of the pixels, and the overall brightness of the backlight and the depth of the blacks. The movement of videos and media anywhere from 60 to 120fps or 144hz were smooth and pleasant. The edge lit mini led panel is performing beyond what I expected. I only wish I would have gotten the special anti glare screen. Despite not having selected this feature when I made my purchase, the picture displayed is good and the quality of the led panel more than makes up for the reflections.

Great TV![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a 4-year-old Samsung QLED, and the more I watch, the better I'm liking this one. The picture is colorful and clear. It was somewhat tricky to set up and took a while, but I attribute that fact to being almost 60 and not quite as tech savvy as a younger person. The sound isn't horrible, but I'm glad I already had a sound bar with a dedicated sub. It's really easy to navigate between apps, and Samsung TV Plus is a great addition. Samsung hasn't let me down yet, and this model gives a lot of bang for your buck.

Samsung truly came thru[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am beyond impressed with my Samsung Neo QLED. The clarity is unbelievable. every detail looks so sharp and lifelike that it honestly feels like I’m seeing things for the first time! I love how easily I can switch between day and night brightness; it adapts perfectly no matter the lighting in the room. The sound quality is crisp and full, and adjusting settings is super easy. everything feels smooth and effortless.
This TV completely upgraded my watching experience. Whether it’s a movie night, gaming, or just regular TV, it delivers perfection every time. Samsung really outdid themselves with this one!

Various sound issuesNothing but problems with sound since hooking up TV on May 23, 2025. Tried hooking up to Samsung soundbar and surround sound setting. Getting garbled sound or no sound. Disconnected/reconnected soundbar and TV speaker sound is all garbled and low. Hooked up Samsung 4k blu-ray player and get no sound. Tried soft resets, hard resets, firmware updates on soundbar, tv and blu-ray and got various results depending on what sound setting was selected. Was finally able (for now) to get proper sound through soundbar, but am forced to only use adaptive surround sound setting on soundbar. Now I see online this is a common problem.

I was unsure going into this investment, as large screens can be distorted! This is definitely not an issue. If I had known of the absolute flawless clarity with this model and brand, I would have purchased the 85".
I will on one as soon as possible! Everything about it is phenomenal!

Am definitely going for the bigger and better Model soon! I recognize| & trust Samsung products as being much greater than advertised!

Constantly losing HDMI connection to home theater[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV constantly loses its connect ion to my Denon home theater received. The only way to bring back the connection is to reset the TV back to factory settings. This is EXTREMELY annoying. The longest period a between reset a is perhaps three days. Some times I must reset to factory settings three times in succession before the connection is regained. Now, to make things even worse, the wonderful “Launch AI” message appear a while the factory down load is in progress- which me and that I list begin the down load process all over again, because AI kills the download.

Next Level[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to get this TV and it certainly hasn't dissappointed! The picture quality and the responsiveness with the remote or voice are wonderful. I love the artwork feature to make it more than just a blank TV when not in use as well. The 4K AI upscaling makes a huge difference in the picture quality and takes anything you watch to a way more up close and personal level. This along with the motion xcelerator means way more life-like and almost 3D viewing that doesn't strain your eyes. This has upped our watching experience as well as the aesthetic of our home!
