Sunny is an extremely knowledgeable salesperson, he is very patient with his customers & he took extra time to understand exactly what we were looking for & made learned suggestions re colours & fabrics etc. We were impressed with the level of customer service Sunny & other salespeople provided & we are now over-the-moon to see our new lounge suite, dining suite, entertainment unit & other items (delivered to our door & unpacked by professionals) looking fabulous in our new home.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Installation - important considerations Excellent service at the store, and with the installation, however there is an important and significant gap that my installation payment didn't cover. Although my measurements were all correct to fit the oven into the compartment, there wasn't enough space on the oven casing for the stove top electrical casing to fit. This meant that the installer who was qualified to install and do the electrical, wasn't able to properly fit the oven and I had a get a builder in on top of this service. I have two concerns: why are these built-in products not standardised to support replacements and why are installers limited in only doing electrical connections? This turned out to be a very expensive installation!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Panasonic 380L NR-BX421BPKA I read the reviews that complained about the noise this fridge makes and the difficulty removing the sticker. So let's start there - it did make some weird noises over the first day and a bit, nothing louder than usual or alarming, and it settled into the normal low intermittent hum after that. So guessing those people must live in tiny homes with hard surfaces. And by the way my kitchen has hard surfaces and is open plan. As for the sticker, so sweat, prise up a corner with your fingernail and peel back slowly. Doesn't leave any mark or stickiness. Now for the fridge. Love it. Lots of space compared to similar height fridges. Keeps my food perfectly cool, loving the soft freeze drawer. Love that it's so easy to see everything and get at it. It fits the space perfectly and doesn't look too bad either. Oh and a great price.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from LG 49" Nanocell 4K TV My new LG Nanocell TV is right at home in my living room. I can tell it to do things, it displays my photos and family movies and I can search my music on the Hdd attached. It's simple to find TV shows on the freeview plus guide and schedule recordings, surf the web or watch Netflix or On Demand films and any display is clear, rich and gorgeous to view. Plus my kids love their 49" HDR games. A very happy guy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast and Easy Purchasing during Alert Level 3 The oven at our rental property died... we were worried the tenants wouldn’t be able to get a replacement during lockdown - we initially tried with another company but got so frustrated! we then tried Harvey Norman and with phone calls and scrolling the website - In a matter of moments we purchased the oven and organised to collect (contactless) the next day! So simple, so efficient! Thank You!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Faulty product. The thermometer probe for the freezer was not in the right place. When the freezer was manufactured FISHER AND PAKYEL had left the thermometer probe sitting beside the compressor instead where it should be as a result the freezer kept running without stopping trying to cool it self down even after it was all ready at the set temperature of -18 degrees celsuis.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from SmartVu dongle Pretty good device, allows me to view live and on demand freeview channels, YouTube and Netflix pretty smoothly. Also like the TV guide function. Using as a replacement for Vodafone TV which will be switched off soon. Main function that will be missed from Vodafone TV will be the ability to pause and rewind live TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Expectations Exceeded This was excellent service as the product was not available on line After I contacted the proprietor he came back with an "offer "which allowed me to complete my purchase even though the TV was out of stock I was kept informed of the stock situation and eventually the product was available for collection
